Summary: I am extremely satisfied with this insurance claim creation product, having used it within my solo private practice for almost 10 years now. I highly recommend it.

Positive: Like the name says, this software product is very speedy in creating accurate insurance claims. It is a major time saver for me in that what used to take 30 minutes for second 6 lines/dates of service claims on clients for my services now usually only takes 5 minutes by just changing the dates of service. I mail in paper claims to insurance companies, and this makes the entire process very easy, but I understand I could also use this to set up and file electronic claims.

Negative: The only one I can think of that the software in its current version fails to automatically save its backup files for my created claims into a backup folder upon logging out, which requires my manually going back into it a second time.

Summary: Great!!!! I have had extremely few issues with Speedy Software and on the rare occasion i do, either Matt or Dan solve them quickly and efficiently. No question goes unanswered and they make sure I totally understand what they have done to help. All my files are accurate and my claims print out perfectly. I manage several small practices and I am confident that the software i use from Speedy is up to date. I have recommended Speedy Software to business associates many times.

Positive: Matt and Dan are both amazing.............patient, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Use Speedy for several small practices and never an issue that they can't solve. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great program with personalized service.

Negative: No cons for me. I am totally satisfied with Speedy Software and with the assistance provided when needed.

Summary: I have had very good results. I am please with this and the cost is reasonable. There are other programs on the market that cost so much more. I am happy with this program.

Positive: It works really well, easy to use. Very straight forward. I had another program but they went sky high and this program was a life saver. I have a small practice and this works great.

Negative: The only think I don't like is you have to change the date for every code in both places.

Summary: Get Speedy Claims--it will make filing health insurance claims so easy and quick--and you'll get paid sooner when you use it!

Positive: Speedy Claims is well-designed--they have thought of everything! Their format is very intuitive--I rarely have to read any instructions. I can fill out a claim form in just a couple minutes and send it to my clearinghouse in a click. I'm a Registered Dietitian and I highly recommend this to all other dietitians! On the rare occasion I've needed help, their support is fantastic.

Negative: I cannot think of one problem I have ever had with Speedy Claims--it's perfect (I know that sounds corny--but it's true!)

Summary: My experience has been very good and have no major problems with product.
Even more importantly my secretary likes the program.

Positive: Excellent pricing and easy to use and my secretary finds the program easy to use. We are able to store all patient billing information and access it quickly.

Negative: There is not enough space for complex diagnoses and description of patient symptoms

Summary: I have been using this program for over 13 years with minimal issues that were resolved by your tech support.

Positive: I like that you can auto fill your providers information. I have been using this program for over 13 years with just 2 issues that were quickly resolved by the tech support.

Negative: I do not have any cons for this program all has worked well for me.

Summary: I love this billing software. It keeps my payment files organized very well. Their customer service is the best!

Positive: Easy to use, GREAT customer service, excellent system. It has simplified my billing to maximize the amount of income my practice generates.

Negative: Nothing, I have no complaints, although it would be nice if you could search more effectively by certain fields (e.g. insurance company).

Summary: Would highly recommend and have recommended to many people. Please bring back the USB version -- please :)

Positive: Easy to use and very portable (USB but no longer available). Templates are very helpful and easy to setup!!

Negative: The discontinued the USB version - now monthly fee.

Summary: I have used Speedy Claims on a daily basis for the last 10 years. It's by far the most user friendly and functional program for filing HCFA claims that I have ever used. I would recommend it to anyone!

Positive: Super easy to learn to use and easily setup frequently billed insurance companies for filing. The few times that I have needed customer service to help me transfer my Speedy Claims registration to a new computer, they were fast and efficient at helping me get it done!

Negative: I honestly don't have any cons for this program! I love it!

Summary: I have been using this program for many years and I found it easy to work with, the speed of filling out my claims and the quick support if I have any question.

Positive: There are many things that are great about this program. The ease of working with it, and the speed of filling out of the claims and it's checking of the claims being filed are just a few of the pros.

Negative: In reality, I cannot provide any cons, as I haven't had any negative problems.

Summary: This has been the only program we have used for the hcfa claim /paper submittal of health claims.

Positive: Easy to operate, even for the non computer savvy person. I love that it stores the patient information and info does not need to be entered every time.

Negative: Nothing to comment- I have not used any other program for comparison.

Summary: So far, the agency has been able to process our service claims seamlessly and efficiently and has improved the revenue flow and account receivables.

Positive: Speedy Claims billing software provides a user-friendly for claims submission. The claim forms are reusable and makes it easier to process several claims within a reasonable time period. The software also has great inbuilt error checking tool prior to sending batched claims to the third-party clearing house.

Negative: The software seems to process claims more faster during the evening or after hour period when many users are not using the system.

Summary: Initial setup was a breeze. Batching and sending to clearing house are quick and easy. Matt Lester provides excellent support when needed... which is rarely, because this system flows without any issues.

Positive: SpeedyClaims and Matt Lester are everything we needed and more. We are able to process and submit claims from our 8 offices with accuracy and with ease. This platform has been the most efficient way we have ever found, to run our insurance billing.

Negative: No cons at all ---- thank you for your excellent product and support.

Summary: We have a had a good experience using this product and the customer service was helpful when we needed any assistance.

Positive: We have ben using this product for several years and have found that it is very straight forward and simple to use.

Negative: We haven't really found anything significant issues.

Summary: Run a single doctor practice. This has been a reliable and cost-effective program for paper billing.

Positive: Ease of use. Stores patient data for easy access and editing. Pre-populates most of the claim form when generating claims. Affordable option for small clinics.

Negative: Doesn't recognize or flag a possible error before printing.
