Positive: Optical character recognition (OCR)
The service is available anytime and anywhere with an internet connection.Negative: It is difficult to track certificates with different coverage dates for various types of insurance on certain policies.

Smart Compliance does not read Farm Bureau Insurance certificates which means that our insurance compliance and certificate management tracking are segregated. -

Summary: Great software that makes the maintenance of the vendor accounts much easier.
Positive: - Vendors can directly upload their COIs to the system; I receive notifications.
- Very detailed in setting up new vendor accounts.Negative: - I have not seen how to create an Excel spreadsheet (create a report) with all vendors' contact info at a glance.

Summary: Easy to use, simple to make your own template inside the program. Converts most of the forms we need to have in the system so there is minimal need to add missing information or having to manually enter everything fo the data,
Positive: I like it because it faster scans most of the information. Also adds it from the template for me so I don't have as much Data Entry to do. This way I save a lot of time.
Negative: It will read words and numbers that are not there or will cross over the line into the next section to pull information into the wrong spot.
