Positive: Very good customer service, if you ever need anything they are very quick to help. Claude is the MAN!
Negative: Changing certain dates can be a hassle, requiring you to change multiple other sections to change simple things.

Best Legal Case Management Software Date: Dec 13 2022
Summary: I have been very happy with SmartAdvocate. It can accommodate all our different practice and the customer support is excellent.
Positive: Very comprehensive, customizable, manages documents well, extensive merge codes for creating sophisticated document templates, and logical/intuitive to use.
Negative: Report functions can be a can be a little clunky.

Summary: Best experience I've had in a law firm. The organization that can be gained with SA simplifies everyone's job in the firm and frees up valuable time focus on the clients and their cases.
Positive: SA has a wide variety of useful options that can boost productivity and automate repeated tasks. Their robust documents tab is a huge efficiency booster.
Negative: Some data can only be edited in non-intuitive ways i.e. the SOL can't be changed from the summary tab where it is displayed, but needs to be changed from a separate tab "critical deadlines" etc.

Summary: Great experience, so glad we transferred over all of our information over 3 years ago. We love it and are so happy with every aspect.
Positive: SmartAdvocate is fantastic from a marketing perspective. We can see in real time, our spend and our calls and retainers by marketing referral source. This creates a clear picture of all aspects of our marketing efforts. When it comes to direct mail, it is a breeze to pull lists for holiday cards and birthday cards.
Negative: Any issues we have had, we take to the development team and it is quickly resolved and we appreciate those efforts so much.

Summary: I enjoy learning new techniques and ways to use the product. i was a little hesitant when i was initially introduced to the feature, but learning how it operates has been easy.
Positive: The Optional Features are plentiful. I recently learned how to navigate using the "timeline" feature.
I have to take more time to learn them and utilize them.Negative: Navigating through system hasn't been too easy. I may be due to me not taking the time to learn its features better. the training you provide helps me to see and utilize.

Summary: Overall experience using the platform has been positive. The added functionality will be a game changer for our firm to advocate for clients.
Positive: Additional features that were missing from our previous case management provider, such as Outlook integration, automation with document templates, mass messaging, and a client portal.

Summary: Overall I've had a great experience with the software and the staff from Smart Advocate. They have a good amount of sessions for training. If you have any questions staff is just an email away. It makes managing your cases very easy.
Positive: Hi! My name is Selena. Our offices have been using Smart Advocate for a little over a year. I love that you can set up automated procedures. For example once a case is opened you can have it automatically generate all the letters that one would typically write when opening a case (welcome letter, letter of rep to NF and BI). You can integrate the documents you already have with Smart Advocate to create templates.
Negative: It took our office a little while to get the hang of merge codes and Templates.

Summary: I have been very pleased. When I call and say this is Steve Collins they know who I am even though they have numerous customers. I just couldn't imagine a better experience.
Positive: Always helpful and great response time. Any time I would call (yes they still use a phone even though they have a chat box) or send an email they provide actual assistance before most places have you enter you code # for the 10th time. The system combines resources from text messages to clients to legal pleadings. Everything is in one place.
Negative: If I have to list one it would be setting the system up but I don't think you could have as good a system without setting it up the way you want it. It just takes some time but is well worth it.

Superb Case Management Solution! Date: May 13 2021
Summary: The system has and will move mountains for our ever growing firm. Like many other companies using SmartAdvocate, we are a legal firm and rely heavily on software to streamline our efforts.
Positive: One stop shop. This is an intuitive system that helps drive our success. We just started building out this case management system recently, but we can tell the system creators really took time to elevate the possibilities and functionality of the platform.
Negative: None at this time. The system is hefty and will take time to convert from a former case management system, but this is a known speedbump for a firm of our size.

Summary: Overall the experience is great, and I look forward to more additional trainings to get more out of the program as a whole.
Positive: The additional training available. I want to learn as much as possible about SmartAdvocate, and these extra trainings are really beneficial to gain additional knowledge!
Negative: We at times do not cover all the training agenda. Claude is a great trainer, but we often times are detailed with different aspects of training that we do not get to cover everything in the allotted time.

Summary: The support you receive from SA is great - they help you be successful. We recently had a one hour presentation on how to build letter templates, and it was very helpful.
Positive: SA make is easy to organize your case file and draft documents. You can keep track of documents, conversations, emails, and calendars all from one platform.

Summary: I love using SmartAdvocate. Once the information is entered into the case, merging documents is easy and so much less time consuming! From merging documents, to accessing contacts, to having access to what anyone else has done in the case, it's great and makes my job as a paralegal much easier!
Positive: Keeps your cases organized with many great tools to make it easy to do! Anyone working on the case has full access to everything.
Negative: Creating templates is a bit time consuming, but worth it once it's done.
