Summary: I enjoy using the product- It allows one to enter relevant information and move through the software easily.

Positive: It is not hard at all. The software program is user friendly and allows one to move at ease from one screen to another.

Negative: It takes sometimes to navigate but once you master it -the rest is easy peasy.

Summary: Overall, this is a very well executed platform with a customizable experience. The small gripes are hardly a deal breaker.

Positive: The platform is easy to use and navigate from Setup to Settlement. It’s designed in a straightforward manner with everything reasonably placed. Even someone unfamiliar with case management solutions could probably pick this up and jump into a workflow pretty quickly. Additionally, the ability to change what information is presented and where is a very useful feature.

Negative: The system has a few issues that are holding it back. The file preview tools seem to be very sensitive about when and where they want to work. While Word documents almost never have issues with previewing, PDFs sometimes can’t be previewed. For a while, HEIF documents weren’t supported well; I’m not sure if this has since been fixed. It would be great if medical bills could be copied to liens more efficiently instead of one item at a time. The calendar events are very useful, but when you delete a series, it doesn’t automatically remove it from your outlook calendar. Instead, it updates it to say “Deleted”. Perhaps it’s not possible, but it seems like it would be.

Summary: It is my first time using it. It was really easy to learn hot to use is. I love that I can print all reports and they continue being link to SA. I like the text messages and how everything is on sight. It is easy for larger teams to be all in the same page.

Positive: I have everything on sight, very easy to access and to retrieve information. Also, super easy to combine with Outlook.

Negative: It would be nice if you could set a font and font size for your account only one time.

Summary: We use SmartAdvocate every day and our office runs smoother and more efficiently because of it. The ease of use and operations capabilities are unparalleled.

Positive: SmartAdvocate helps our office to run more efficiently by allowing us to maintain documents and case files with ease.

Negative: Reporting could have more search features (for example, searching by client DOB).

Summary: The people behind the company are FANTASTIC! They are prompt, responsive, helpful and truly knowledgeable on how to get the software to work best for your firm. Our rep is Sean Parker, JD. It seems we always call him in a crisis and he immediately finds an answer or solution for us. If you need a case management software for your firm, you have to at least speak to Sean to see how it can greatly improve your productivity, organization, reduce the time it takes to move a case, keep your staff on task and help take some of the load off of you!

Positive: It is truly such a powerful software. It has an office calendar, a case calendar, you can tag certain staff members, email anyone associated with the case, keep track of all the case details, all the case expenses, all the case contacts, it has automated features, you can create custom reports and automate them. It can notify you when a case meets a certain stage. You can fully customize the stages and steps of a case. It has workplans, you can automate the workplans, it can automatically assign work to certain staff members at certain times. The list goes on and on.

Negative: It is complex and requires training to set it up. It takes time and a lot of thought in designing the software to your firm.

Summary: Amazingly well integrated product. Can't wait to see where it is heading. Especially with the new technologies such as AI.

Positive: Smart advocate has an almost flawless integration with Microsoft products. Which makes tasks such as drafting document with information already prefilled from the specific case you are working on to adding emails related to the case uploaded directly into the case notes.

Negative: With some generated documents such as envelopes do not populate with the proper addresses or will not auto generate the actual envelope.

Summary: I am extremely happy and mu life is easier by using SmartAdvocate. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

Positive: is easy to use, easy to find files and organize. It helps me stay on top of my tasks and deadlines. I enjoy how easy it is to navigate. SmartAdvocate is a great tool to follow up on cases.

Negative: I wish that SmartAdvocate would provide more choices for themes and colors.

Summary: Overall my experience with SmartAdvocate has been wonderful. It is easy to learn how to use. I enjoy that I can always watch and learn new ways to use SmartAdvocate with their online training team available anytime.

Positive: I enjoy that SmartAdvocate makes it easy to learn new tips each week. I find myself often using the "Tip of the Week archive" when I need new ways to make use of smart advocate.

Negative: What I do not enjoy about SmartAdvocate is the lack of choices to change the colors of ones profile on SA.

Summary: Loving this program. I am still learning a lot about what SA can do to help our firm. I am having fun creating automations, workplans and other features.

Positive: Work Plans, automated procedures, reporting, dashboards, ease of use. I also like that SA rolls out an upgrade each year.

Negative: Calendar view and options; Would like more display themes (colors) and more font styles.

Summary: I have used many legal software programs before, and Smart Advocate is the best out there. I would definitely recommend to law firms.

Positive: The texting feature is really nice, I love that it automatically saves the photos to the file. Being able to copy a word document to a PDF instantly is also really neat.

Negative: I wish there were options on design, fonts, & colors.

Summary: Wonderful can't wait to do it again, the monthly tip recaps are great ways to keep your whole office up to date with all things SA.

Positive: Very good customer service, if you ever need anything they are very quick to help. Claude is the MAN!

Negative: Changing certain dates can be a hassle, requiring you to change multiple other sections to change simple things.

Summary: I have been very happy with SmartAdvocate. It can accommodate all our different practice and the customer support is excellent.

Positive: Very comprehensive, customizable, manages documents well, extensive merge codes for creating sophisticated document templates, and logical/intuitive to use.

Negative: Report functions can be a can be a little clunky.

Summary: Best experience I've had in a law firm. The organization that can be gained with SA simplifies everyone's job in the firm and frees up valuable time focus on the clients and their cases.

Positive: SA has a wide variety of useful options that can boost productivity and automate repeated tasks. Their robust documents tab is a huge efficiency booster.

Negative: Some data can only be edited in non-intuitive ways i.e. the SOL can't be changed from the summary tab where it is displayed, but needs to be changed from a separate tab "critical deadlines" etc.

Summary: Great experience, so glad we transferred over all of our information over 3 years ago. We love it and are so happy with every aspect.

Positive: SmartAdvocate is fantastic from a marketing perspective. We can see in real time, our spend and our calls and retainers by marketing referral source. This creates a clear picture of all aspects of our marketing efforts. When it comes to direct mail, it is a breeze to pull lists for holiday cards and birthday cards.

Negative: Any issues we have had, we take to the development team and it is quickly resolved and we appreciate those efforts so much.

Summary: I enjoy learning new techniques and ways to use the product. i was a little hesitant when i was initially introduced to the feature, but learning how it operates has been easy.

Positive: The Optional Features are plentiful. I recently learned how to navigate using the "timeline" feature.

I have to take more time to learn them and utilize them.

Negative: Navigating through system hasn't been too easy. I may be due to me not taking the time to learn its features better. the training you provide helps me to see and utilize.
