Skillsz Description

Skillsz is a talent assessment and screening platform designed for tech companies to evaluate developers' skills online, facilitating the hiring of the most capable programmers. If you’re in search of a programmer, you’ve found the ideal solution. The journey to find talent begins with pinpointing the right candidates, followed by the crucial step of assessing their technical abilities. While our platform cannot entirely substitute for the interview process, it significantly streamlines your efforts by helping you avoid unproductive conversations with less qualified developers. Simply select the specific skills you wish to assess, and we will generate an exam tailored to those requirements, which will be securely sent to the candidate. After the applicant completes the online assessment, you will promptly receive a comprehensive report via email detailing their performance. This allows you to make an informed decision about whether to invest further time and resources in the candidate or move on to other prospects. With Skillsz, enhancing your hiring process becomes not only efficient but also much more effective.
