One Commander V3 is a modern file management tool for Windows 10 and Windows 11. Tabs, dual-pane browsers and column navigation are some of the features. There is also built-in preview, a theming system and color tags. It is free for home use with no ads. One Commander requires Windows 10 (or Windows 11) and the .NET 4.8 framework.
