    A must have app for streamlining returns

    Summary: It was a great experience working with the EcoReturns team. The team goes way beyond to help us out. Also, they have all the major features in built in their system like issuing refunds, exchanges, a full fledged dashboard... If anyone needs a particular integration, they are open to get that done too.

    Positive: -Customer support team
    -Features that enabled me to take steps towards reducing returns
    -Customized returns portal
    -Their willingness to go a step ahead for the customer
    -Automations
    -They are integrated with almost all logistics providers.

    Negative: Nothing as such.. They are building the product by the day and I'm sure they will incorporate the features that we asked for.
