Positive: I like how easy this app is to use! Employees love it aswell as I do!!

Negative: Not many cons. If I have a questions support is right there to answer any questions

Summary: It feels good finding a timekeeping app for employees that is so easy to use and does exactly what it needs to. also, I love how they keep adding features you did not know you needed but make your life a lot easier. Thanks a lot sinc!

Positive: Sinc is very easy and intuitive to use. I love how you can manage your employee's time and other features without the hassle or adds. after trying what it felt like a million apps to do the same, this one felt so good and was definitely worth keeping.

Negative: I find hard to say something negative after all the ad blasted, quirky and awful lot of apps I tried, sinc seems perfect to me.

Summary: SINC has been one of the best programs I have downloaded in years. Before SINC I was doing everything the old fashioned way. Now I have so much more control over everything. I can keep track of hours. I know what jobs y guys are on. I can track there whereabouts. I can easily add or delete employees. I can use the program on my computer or on the go with my Android phone. I highly recommend SINC

Positive: I love the fact that I can track my guys from job to job. I dont have to worry anymore if they are at the jobs or if they got there on time.

Negative: There is nothing I dislike about SINC. It has met all my needs running my small business.

Summary: This is a great product and I intend to keep using it as long as Sinc is available. My employees like it as well because they now have a solid and confident way to time in when out on the road and be able to track their hours.

Negative: It can lag a little bit on occasion, but never for a long time.

Summary: This is an amazing app. I have been using for my business for over a year and I have not had any issues with it. I have and will continue to recommend it to small business owners.

Positive: There are a great many features available for free. This makes the app great for business that are just starting out and can't afford an extra price tag. Some great free features are: ability to add employees, exporting shifts, adjusting missed punches, and recording lunches.

Negative: The only con this app has is that you add lunch at clock out. It would more accurately record time spent on lunch of you could soft clockout for lunch breaks.

Summary: Very happy with the product. Can be taught to anyone in our organization.

Negative: Can`t think of any at this time. Sometimes is hard to sync if I`m not in a good network.

Negative: Reminder notifications would be nice, might be a feature that I didn't see. There are a ton of features.

Positive: This software is very easy to use in the office or on the go. If you need to correct something the Admin can do so with ease. Helps with time management and payroll.

Negative: it sometimes goes offline and you can't see who is logged in.

Summary: If you manage a small business where you have to keep track of workers and their actions sometimes on an hourly basis, SINC Workforce is a very good choice. It is simple, user-friendly, and does the job.

Positive: - The greatest pro would be the user-friendliness of their apps. Even un-educated and old workers can easily have it up and running within minutes.

Negative: - Occasionally it misses some clock-in updates and syncs later. No major cons though

Summary: Serves the purpose that I need. Helps my employees stay on track. Overall a good app.

Positive: Accurately tracks employee hours. I recieved notifications when an employee clocks in.

Negative: For what I need it works well. But doesn't always let me look at past work hours.

Summary: I have been using SINC for a while now, i love the features they have to offer, they have a good customer service as you send a message to the person in charge their response time is very good and they listen to their customers. Over all a very good app to use for business

Positive: what i like is if there is something that you do not understand you can send a message to the team and you will get a notification pop up in the app itself with your response. hoping this doesn't change much once they become more busy with customers. i also love the Features they are currently providing even though am not using all of them.

Negative: at this moment i currently do no any dislikes as am not using all the features listed

Summary: I use this software to track employee hours for my construction business.

Positive: It is great for keeping track of what my employees did on each day so I could track cost efficiency and adjust pricing quotes.

Negative: Needs a way to remind employees to clock in and clock out each day. I wish I wasn't forced to write a note each time I have to edit employee hours( usually because they forget to clock in or out).

Summary: I have been using Sinc for the past couple years for my small business and it's made my life super easy. It's very user-friendly and allows me to track my employees' hours as well as ensure that they are on-site when they are clocking in and out. Since my employees travel to various sites, Sinc makes it very easy when payroll time comes since it automatically gives totals for hours worked for each employee each pay period.

Negative: - admin adjustments require a reason for editing each time. This makes sense for employees submitting edit requests, but as the administrator, I'm essentially documenting a reason for my own benefit, which seems unnecessary

Summary: I love SINC, have used for years. Accurate time punches, easy to manage, adjust times, add breaks. Only had one issue and they resolved it quickly with a personable touch. Highly recommend.
