Summary: I've been using SINC for about a year now. It was recommended to me by my bookkeeper because she had a client who was using it and seemed happy with its ease of navigation and concept. I have to agree! I own a small business and only have a couple employees, so we don't use all the available features, but my employees love it and I do too - super easy to understand for those of us who may not be that tech savvy and I always receive notifications for clocking in/out and my bookkeeper can have access to it which means I never have to send her the weekly hours. That itself is a life saver! Highly recommend!

Positive: Great interface, easy to understand, great for both small and large businesses

Negative: There is a great feature that only allows employees to clock in/out while at your establishment, however, I don't see anywhere that it says the employee has accepted that feature (they have to approve that feature for it to work, which make sense, due to privacy issues). Otherwise, love it!

Summary: Overall, a great time-clocking app for a small business. If there would be a geofencing feature that send reminders to employees that forgot clocking in, it would be even better.

Positive: Great app! Before start using Sinc in my automotive paint business, I used at least 4-5 apps on the market and surprised to see how incomplete they are. Sinc is not like that. It's super user friendly, super fast, simple and functional. After loging in, it only takes me a second to see how many hours my employees make that week and write their checks.

Negative: Almost none. QuickBooks integration would be nice but I can't blame Sinc for this, as QB has TSheets.

Summary: Great product. Use it every day with 2 employees.

Positive: We've been using SINC for the last couple of years. Been happy with it.

Negative: Nothing that I can think of.

Negative: GPS pin drops. Tells me overall time spent at jobs and travel. Tells me payroll. Alows me to edit times.

Summary: Worth the money, easy to use, space for new features

Positive: Gps, it tells you how much staff have earned, easy to use

Negative: Would be great if you could print payslip from it, as a smaller company we aren't paye registered so use handwritten slips

Summary: I have been extremely satisfied and my employee liked the flexibility to use a cell phone to log in hours.

Positive: Since workforce has been invaluable for remote employees. Easy to use & easy to adjust when input errors happen. Absolutely like it.

Negative: I have had difficulty when WiFi is spotty even though I've had cellular service.

Summary: SINC has made it very easy for me to track my employees hours and manage overtime. Our employees are on the road or off site for most of their shift and this makes it easy for them to punch in and out and for me to oversee the hours they are working.

Positive: So easy to use and my employees can punch in and out on the road.

Negative: They are upgrading to make days off and holidays easier to manage, this will be a great addition

Summary: Highly recommend for small businesses. Simple and effective.

Positive: I love the ease of this product. My employees simply sign in using their smart device and I'm able to track hours and do payroll. Perfect for a small business.

Summary: I have been using the app for a year. It has saved me many hours of paperwork with the simple design and features.

Positive: This app provides the tools to successfully input, edit, monitor and track work hours, jobs, pay periods, in a very simple user-friendly package. Invoice your client. Export work hours to excel or pdf. Clock-in / clock-out feature allows contractor to track hours for yourself or multiple employees.

Negative: Haven't found anything that "cons" this app. Honestly. Well, I would like if it connected to my accounting software, but, not a deal breaker.

Summary: My experience with Sinc is excellent and I would recommend to someone else.

Negative: When I first started using it, it was to much for my small business. Hoping we grow and I can use more options.

Summary: I can't say enough good things about this app. They are continuously upgrading new features! Worth the money!

Positive: I love this app! It is easy to navigate on both mobile and desktop. I can track where my employees are when they clock in and out. Creating a pdf timesheet is just a push of the button. Makes payroll time much, much faster! The service and support team is quick to respond and address your concerns. I highly recommend!

Negative: I have not found anything that wasn't addressed by the service and support team in a timely manner!
