Most multi-channel resellers run three or four tools: one for orders, one for labels, one for stock, and a spreadsheet to find out what they actually made. Rilk is one system for all of it.
Orders from Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Back Market, Newegg, Wayfair and Mirakl retailers such as Best Buy and Macy's come into one queue. You rate-shop and buy the label on the order, on your own UPS, FedEx or USPS account or on Rilk's negotiated UPS and FedEx rates, and tracking goes back to the channel. Amazon Buy Shipping and Walmart Buy Shipping are on the same screen.
On Pro, stock lives in one pool with warehouses, bins and serials behind it, and quantities push to each channel you switch on. Purchase orders, receiving, kits, returns and FBA/WFS inbound are built in. Payouts from Amazon, Walmart and eBay reconcile automatically; other channels reconcile by importing the retailer's file.

Usage: $0.30 per order shipped, $0.05 per Amazon-fulfilled (FBA) order. Free includes the first 500 orders each month; paid plans bill from order one. Cancelled and unshipped orders are never billed. No per-channel fees on any plan.

Multi-Channel eCommerce Software
Rilk offers a centralized solution that allows you to manage all your retail channels seamlessly, without incurring additional fees for each channel. The free tier includes integrations with major platforms like Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and WooCommerce. The Pro version expands your reach by incorporating Back Market, Newegg, Etsy, Temu listings, and PayWhirl transactions. The Ultimate tier takes it a step further, integrating with Mirakl retailers such as Best Buy, Macy's, Kohl's, Saks, Nordstrom, Wayfair, Walmart DSV, as well as enabling retailer EDI through SPS Commerce and Rithum. All orders from these channels are consolidated into a single queue, complete with the respective order number, ship-by date, and buyer's preferred shipping method. Once you ship the order, tracking information is sent back to the original channel. The Pro version allows for quantity management, enabling you to allocate stock from a unified pool to whichever channels you choose, giving you control over your listings. Payouts are streamlined as well; settlements from Amazon, Walmart, and eBay automatically reconcile with your orders, while other platforms can be reconciled by uploading the retailer's remittance file. This way, you have a clear view of the actual payments received for each order, rather than just the listed prices.

Rilk manages inventory as a tangible record, detailing the specific warehouse, bin location, quantity, and, for serialized items, the exact unit. It allows for the reception of goods against a purchase order, scanning items into designated bins, relocating them as needed, and conducting physical counts. What sets serialized inventory apart is its unique tracking. Each serial number or IMEI maintains its distinct cost, condition, and historical data, tracing its journey from the original purchase order to the final sale. Any units that are regraded retain their complete history, while returned items are linked back to their original records. Kits and bundles operate as a single SKU, depleting their individual components as they are sold. Each unit's cost is sourced directly from the vendor and purchase orders, enabling precise profit calculations based on actual expenses rather than average costs. Rilk provides comprehensive reports detailing current stock levels, overall stock value, and movement history. It encompasses inventory, warehouses, serial numbers, and purchase orders within its Pro version. However, it does not offer features for demand forecasting or reorder recommendations.

eCommerce Inventory Management
The role does not involve overselling. Rilk operates a unified stock pool, distributing the available inventory across all activated platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, WooCommerce, Etsy, Back Market, Newegg, and others. When an order is received from one platform, that unit is allocated, resulting in reduced visibility on other channels. Each channel operates independently, allowing you to have Rilk oversee Walmart and eBay while keeping Amazon on autopilot during transitions. Inventory for FBA and WFS is managed separately from your on-hand stock, and Rilk organizes inbound shipments to both Amazon and Walmart. For resellers dealing with graded products, the system maintains distinct inventories for different conditions: A-grade and B-grade items are managed separately, and when a unit is regraded, it retains its history as it transitions between grades. The Pro version includes features for inventory synchronization, warehouse management, and serial tracking, while the Free version focuses on handling orders and generating labels.
