    Summary: We run a hotel and needed a clearer way to hear guest issues before they turned into public reviews. Reviato gives us a private QR / link path after stay so guests can tell us first, and we get low-rating alerts while the stay is still fresh enough to recover. On the public side, we read Google, Tripadvisor, Booking.com signals in one place with aspect and sentiment themes, which beats jumping between tabs. Favourite parts for us are It is still another tool to check, and connecting every source takes a bit of setup, but the private-first loop matches how our managers actually work. I would recommend it to other hoteliers who want ops-ready feedback rather than vanity dashboards.

    Positive: The appraisals inbox, recovery follow-up when guests consent, and spotting repeated themes (cleanliness, staff, speed) instead of reacting to one-off noise.
    Also we love we can collect customer private details so we can stay in touch and develop campains on top of that.

    Negative: I wish the interface allow to change the language to spanish.
