Teams can engage collaboratively in real time on shared boards, following a structured workflow of Write, Vote, Discuss, and Done, all while utilizing a built-in sprint timer and the option for anonymous or identified feedback. The platform's AI meticulously analyzes each comment, generates comprehensive sprint reports, identifies recurring trends across different sprints, and suggests specific action items for enhancement.

With the Sprint Comparison feature, teams can view two sprints side by side, while the analytics dashboard monitors team health indicators, participation rates, and the completion status of action items.
