Summary: There are several benefits I enjoy. Super easy to do expense reports. I like the GPS maps let you know who is close by when visiting a customer.
Positive: I like being able to track a project and make sure we land them. It makes it easier to recall which ones are still on the hook.
Negative: I don't like that I sometimes forget to use it. I personally haven't come across any negatives.

Summary: I use it all day every day for contact info, maps of customers, activity reports, samples out to customers, etc.
Positive: It's fast, keeps thorough records of your accounts. Helps keep track of samples and contact information!
Negative: There are some small squares you have to click on to input data, it's harder for me with my vision.

Summary: It’s a great product that we just scratching the surface of it’s capabilities. I tell anyone in our industry who will listen that Repfabric is worth the investment.

Negative: Team buy-in and implementation is hard. However, that is relevant with any crm. The advantage is this platform has benefits to our individual team members and has helped with the buy-in from each of our team members.

Summary: I believe this has helped our sales team track wins and losses and keep up with ongoing changes in companies,
Positive: The site and mobile app are user friendly. We are able to keep an up-to-date contact list as well as track progress of each customer.
Negative: Honestly, getting the daily emails which is very juvenile. So, nothing comes to mind.

Summary: Repfabric is a strong niche solution for independent sales reps, manufacturers, and agencies that need tools tailored to commission tracking, territory management, and multi-line sales. It fills a gap that generic CRMs struggle with and provides real value to its target audience. While the user interface and mobile functionality could use some modernization, the core functionality is solid and highly relevant.
Positive: This platform provides industry specific features towards manufacturers reps such as territory management, pipeline tools, and call/email/meeting logs.
Negative: The only con would be the website format appears slightly dated. It is totally functional just has a more dated appearance.

Summary: Overall experience has been positive. It has allowed an easy review our sales teams' activity. I am also more concerned about database maintenance and see value in our customer database. Next step for me is incorporating our quotation side into this and am looking forward to when that happens.
Positive: Refabric has a simple on-boarding process allowing for quick adoption from our sales team. the fact that it allows us to easily import contacts to build and maintain the database is a homerun for me. Note that we are early in the process and have identified that we may want to expand the platform to our inside team.
Negative: I really cannot think of anything at the moment. That said, I was not directly involved in the set-up process. I review our sales teams notes on a daily basis and occasionally add a note on my own.

It’s incredibly easy to use, making it a breeze to manage client relationships without a steep learning curve. Logging interactions is straightforward, helping you keep track of every touchpoint with customers effortlessly. The email compatibility is a huge plus, seamlessly integrating communication and eliminating the need to jump between platforms. On top of that, the customer service and support are excellent — responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist.
Negative: The only drawback I’ve noticed is that the mobile app can be a little slow at times on my phone. However, aside from that minor issue, I can’t think of any other downsides.

Summary: I love data, this is been some of the best data I've ever gotten on myself, my activities, and my business. I use it every day, I log so many points of contact that I don't have to search through my emails to see what/when I spoke to someone. I can easily download lists of contacts, activities, and information - I do it all the time to be check out how I'm spending my time. I love Repfabric.
