While the reporting options could be more customizable, it still covers the essentials for managing finances efficiently.

    Positive: 1. Keeps all my rent payments and expenses organized in one place.
    2. Automates late fees, so I don’t have to track them manually.
    3. Generates clear financial reports that help me stay on top of my cash flow.
    4. Syncs with popular bookkeeping software.

    Negative: 1. The reporting options feel a bit limited, so I can't customize them as much as I'd like.
