Users have the flexibility to send an estimate email by forwarding it or using the BCC option, manually inputting the estimate details, or even importing them through a CSV file. The platform creates a predefined follow-up sequence consisting of three reminder messages that are sent at intervals of 2, 5, and 10 days after the estimate is dispatched, but users can also personalize the message templates and opt to send messages manually if they prefer not to use the automatic delivery feature. With paid subscriptions and during a 14-day trial period, users can set follow-ups to occur automatically. Upon receiving a response from a customer, QuoteLasso ensures the reply is forwarded to the user's inbox and halts any further scheduled follow-ups. Each follow-up email is equipped with an opt-out link for customer convenience.
