    Summary: Pimberly is such a great tool, and I genuinely enjoy using it every day. It has completely transformed the way I manage and maintain product data, making my work far more efficient, accurate and organised. Before Pimberly, managing data across multiple spreadsheets and systems could be time consuming and prone to mistakes, but now everything is centralised in one easy-to-use platform. Having all product information in one place means I can trust that the data I’m working with is always consistent, correct, and up to date, which makes a huge difference to productivity and confidence in the work I deliver.

    The system has really streamlined so many of my daily tasks. I no longer have to waste time on repetitive manual updates or searching through endless files, as Pimberly’s automation and workflows handle so much of that process for me. This allows me to focus on improving product content and accuracy rather than data admin. The ability to launch new products quickly and update existing ones with minimal effort has been a real game changer, especially when managing larger or more complex product ranges.

    The import and export tools are another area where Pimberly really shines. Whether I’m updating a small set of product details or handling a huge batch, it’s fast, flexible, and reliable. I really like being able to apply different filters to export specific data, it makes finding exactly what I need so simple. The activity tracking feature is also extremely useful. I can easily see what changes have been made, by who, and when, which keeps everyone aligned and prevents any confusion or duplication of work. It’s reassuring to know that the system maintains this level of transparency across teams.

    Pimberly’s DAM (Digital Asset Management) is another one of my favourite features. Uploading images and videos couldn’t be easier, you just drag and drop files, and everything stays neatly organised by product or category. I love how it keeps all media assets consistent and linked directly to the correct products, making the whole process of managing visual content effortless. Being able to see who uploaded each file adds another layer of accountability and collaboration. Exporting images and videos is just as quick and simple, which is a huge time saver when working on product updates or marketing materials.

    And I have to give full credit to the support team, too. They’re absolutely brilliant, friendly, approachable, and always quick to respond whenever I need help. Every time I’ve reached out with a question or issue, they’ve come back with a clear solution and often go the extra mile to make sure everything’s resolved properly. Even though I wasn’t personally involved in the initial setup, it’s clear how well Pimberly was implemented for our business. It integrates smoothly with our internal processes, and the support team often works directly with our IT department to handle any small fixes or improvements efficiently.

    Overall, Pimberly has become an essential tool in my daily work. It’s reliable, intuitive, and powerful, everything you’d want from a product information management system.     Another feature I really value is the visibility it provides. I can see recent activity, track who’s made updates, and ensure no one’s working on outdated information. That transparency across the team helps maintain accuracy and accountability, especially when multiple people are contributing to the same projects.
    On top of all that, the support team at Pimberly is brilliant. They’re friendly, approachable, and incredibly quick to respond whenever I reach out. Every time I’ve had a question or needed help, they’ve provided a clear, helpful answer and often go above and beyond to make sure everything’s resolved properly. It’s reassuring to know there’s such a reliable and knowledgeable team behind the platform.

The bulk editing and workflow automation tools are powerful yet simple to use; they streamline approvals, maintain consistency, and ensure that every change is properly tracked across the entire catalogue. It’s a platform that genuinely improves productivity, reduces stress, and gives full confidence that everything is up to date and accurate. Honestly, I couldn’t imagine working without it now!

    Negative: There isn’t much to dislike about Pimberly or the service overall, as both have been great. However, from a product perspective, we’ve made a few feature suggestions that would make the platform even stronger. These have thankfully been added to the development roadmap, which shows that the team listens to user feedback.

    One improvement that would really help is more regular communication around the roadmap and upcoming updates. It would be great to receive updates on which new features are being developed or released, whether they come from our suggestions or from other clients’ feedback. Staying informed about what’s in progress would help us plan ahead, adopt new features more quickly, and continue learning and evolving alongside the platform.

    Summary: Pimberly has made it incredibly easy to get our products into various marketplaces. It’s now much simpler to establish a single source of truth for our data. With a fairly extensive product range, we’ve been able to structure our DAM efficiently by product category, which has significantly streamlined our overall process.

    Positive: Working with Pimberly has been a great experience. It has significantly streamlined our processes and improved overall efficiency. We’re especially pleased to see continued improvements on the DAM side, such as the ability to edit and manage media attributes separately, which adds even more flexibility to our workflows.

    Negative: To be honest, I can't think of anything else at the moment. The only thing I believe is essential is granting the supplier access to modify the e-catalogue channel created for the BigCommerce integration. This would allow us to amend the attributes ourselves. That said, we understand this access will be handed over once the new UI is rolled out.

    Since adopting Pimberly, we’ve automated a huge part of our product data processes. It’s completely changed how we think about managing, sharing, and collaborating on product information—unlocking new efficiencies across the business.

    Before Pimberly, we had no central storage solution or structured data model-our product data was a confusing mess. Since implementing Pimberly, it’s become the backbone of our product data strategy, enforcing consistency and eliminating the friction caused by teams not fully aligned on data standards. On import, we now have over 250 rules automatically checking and transforming data to meet the requirements of all our partners.
