Summary: I am very pleased with this platform on the whole - it has enabled us to view, work with, and enrich our product data in ways we haven't been able to before, and I know that insight on any questions I might have is always just an email away.

Positive: Pimberly's delivery team is truly unmatched. It's clear that implementation for them is about finding a creative solution and adhering to best practices, not simply getting something out the door quickly. Pimberly also offers powerful automation that makes enrichment easier than ever before, whether focusing on product data or digital assets.

Negative: I found that certain processes within Pimberly could have been streamlined or automated a bit more, such as uploading or duplicating decision table rules or enabling attributes within a taxonomy.

Summary: Support team are awesome! Artur, David & Matt have saved me from madness multiple times and have always been able to answer some of my "stupid" questions.

Positive: Quick and easy to use, I taught myself (with help from support team) to use it competently in ~3 months.
Rules, workflows and decision tables are intuitive and powerful.
Channels are simple and straight forward to create to pass data downstream.
Expressions saved my sanity on multiple occasions.

Negative: Products and assets are separate entities, if there is a requirement to delete a product, deletion of assets needs to be done separately and manually. I assume this is done for the instance the same asset is applied to multiple products.

Lack of bulk handling of assets through the UI (e.g. bulk search for 10 assets) is not possible.

Summary: Since getting started and getting comfortable with the system, it's been proven to make my job easier and it's reliable

Positive: The system is easy to use and makes daily tasks much easier. It's very user friendly and helps in lots of ways

Negative: Getting started was tough to get used to but that changed rather quickly

Negative: Pimberly is a little complex to setup, but once past that it's all great!

Negative: I don't think there is a thing I do not like about this new software.

Summary: Pimberly has been a great tool for our organization. Initial setup and integration took longer than expected due to the extent of customizations of our webstore. The support and integration teams were super helpful during the entire process and we're able to get the PIM up and running for us.

Positive: Support and integration teams were patient and super helpful during integration and launch in helping us getting the most out of the platform.

Negative: Implementation took longer than expected mostly due to our stores customizations and getting the PIM to interface with those correctly.

Summary: An excellent company to work with, that is growing and showing why they are becoming a market leader.

Positive: It is an easy-to-use tool that is capable of providing flexible solutions to product enrichment and listing processes.

Support is top-class. They respond very quickly to tickets (always when something is urgent). The support always tackles all levels of issues and questions with great detail, explaining with supporting material when needed.

Technical account management is excellent to work work, helping formulate ideas, and roll out new features while being detailed in solving process needs.

Negative: Development of some areas of the PIM can take longer than anticipated.

Summary: Great software makes it easy and faster to upload products to my webstore. I can list much faster with many tools and customizations.

Positive: Ease to use and implement well with my backend user website. It makes my listing process much faster to offer more products to my store and use that extra time for other business aspects.

Negative: Could have an easier view, display for users to use and scroll.

Summary: I think it's a great tool, as a team we're getting more efficient all the time. The support has been superb to get us up and running

Positive: Mass uploads and easy attribute selections. Approval setting for different departments really ensures quality built into every layer.

Negative: Digital asset assigning is a bit clunky, hosting of the asset and assigning can be time consuming if working with a lot of IDs.

Summary: Excellent - Pimberly enables our business to create great online product packages and this helps our international partners especially who use this for their PLU package. Easy to update with no products and organise.

Positive: Very easy to use, excellent package for organising our product packages and getting these out to our partners.

Negative: Took a little while to learn how to get the most out of the package but once mastered became very intuitive.

Negative: Pimberly can, on occasions, run slowly when doing large imports or exports. Pricing feeds can take a while to update too.

Summary: From the very start the Pimberly team have been very engaging from the initial scoping session, through discovery, and into project start up. The team are very knowledgeable about their system but very open to discuss future developments, the issues we face as a customer with not having our data in a PIM system prior to meeting them.

Positive: One source of truth for our product data.
Easy to build product data with additional attributes so no need to have everything in for the system start.
Excellent compatibility with all major ERP systems.
Ability to use the PIM as the product master rather than ERP.
System navigation looks very simple and easy to set up.
Full support from the Pimerbly team - pre and post sale - we believe this sets Pimberly aside from the other software providers and was a key consideration in our PIM provider.

Negative: None yet identified any issues. The Pimberly team have demonstrated ho they have taken user customer feedback to further develop their system.

Summary: An excellent piece of software, allowed our company to process 10x the amount of stock as we did prior to using Pimberly. Support is also excellent and are always on hand to assist in anything big or small.

Positive: Automate every part of the product creation process. With use of datasets, you can be sure there will be no spelling mistakes or any other chances of human error.

Negative: A few features such an duplicating automations or matching images to products in numerical order (issues specific to our needs) not currently available. New features are being implemented all the time however.

Summary: Comprehensive, excels in integration, reliability & security. Great helpdesk support & ongoing training.
