    Summary: Overall, I've had a very positive experience with this app. As a parent, many apps over promise and under deliver, but this app has been super valuable.

    Positive: I really liked how I can assign people to pick up child depending on my needs. It lets the school/camp know when I have arrived to pick up my child making the pick up process more streamlined.

    Negative: A way to communicate with school or assigned delegates might be useful. Also, I wanted to easily remove a summer camp that my child had finished attending, but there was no way for the user to remove. This feature would be helpful.

    Simple and easy interface

    Happy with Customer Service

    Summary: It's a really intuitive app and well thought out app. It has been built keeping in mind the scenario related to car pool. Most of the parents do carpool to pick/drop kids from/to school.
    The only issue, I faced was that it did not give me option to change the student details. My son moved from one school to another and I could not figure out the way to change the school/grade of my kid from the app. But customer service was very quick to resolve the issue. S/he fixed my kids school/grade and I just logged back to the app and every thing was the way, I wanted it to be.

    Great for quick pick ups

    Issues using app with homeschooled student

    Summary: Support was fantastic when I contacted them. Very quick to respond and full length emails with solutions.

    Positive: The app is very safe and convenient. It's nice to know that my child will be safe during drop off and pick up times.

    Negative: If your child is not enrolled in the school system, you can not use this app. I have a homeschooled child and need to use this app for Summer Camp. If it wasn't for the camp itself using a code, I wouldn't have been able to send my child to camp this summer.

    Summary: When it works it works out fine. It just needs some user friendly tweaks to make it a bit better for parents.

    Positive: The app is useful to the school to manage kids getting picked up (when it works). Glad there is an app to mange pick up.

    Negative: I don't really find it user friendly. I have to log out and log back in most of the time to reset. Then when I am at school or close to school sometimes it does not work.
    It's hard to manage weekly pickup related to after school care. Also find it difficult to assign other people for pickup.

    Summary: It is frustrating and confusing, not user friendly. If there were more menu options with some instructions On how to make changes in the app that would be helpful.

    Positive: Accuracy for kids being picked up is good enough. Can see there are safety benefits for parents, students and and for the school.

    Negative: As a parent I don’t like having to use my phone while driving. Especially pulling into the school parking lot to announce, it is very distracting. The app does not make it easy to make changes to who is picking up, especially when there are changes to recurring carpool plans. It is not clear what the cut off time is to make any changes on the “day of” pick up.

    As a teacher, the student status on the computer does not happen quick enough without delaying when to send student out.

    Summary: Stressful to say the least when attempting to pick up my grandson and the application wasn't posting the child's father as an authorized person to pick him up.

    Positive: Too early to tell. Have only used this app twice and it failed to post the authorized account on the second try.

    Negative: Student's father and grandfather shared the same first and last name which the application doesn't like. Two accounts with the same name but different addresses and phone numbers should be allowed or at least flagged right away with the proper feedback during the account creation process.

    Summary: Fair. It did help greatly on a stormy day when allowing parents to properly announce when outside. Allowed the counselor to so nicely escort my daughter out with an umbrella. When delegating works, it is very convenient to streamline notifying camp which parent is picking up which additional kids.

    Positive: When it works, it makes pick up very easy, allowing counselors to know if we are outside and they are inside.

    Negative: It often doesn't properly note that I have arrived at the location, so doesn't open the announce button for me to acknowledge I am there.
    When assigning between carpooling parents, it doesn't consistently acknowledge/share the assignment.

    Good App - Not Intuitive - One Big Flaw

    Summary: I appreciate the application from a safety point of view - that's great. It could be more intuitive and allow delegates to be assigned on the day of pick up.

    Positive: It does what it's supposed to do - make sure that my kid isn't picked up by a stranger. It also allows other to be delegated to pick up my kid when I can't.

    Negative: It's not the most intuitive application to be honest. Adding Delegates should be easier. Also, the fact that you can't change a Delegate on the same day is absurd, IMHO. If I need a last minute change, I should be able to do that.
