Each day begins with a concise briefing that outlines pending decisions, identifies risks and opportunities gleaned from emails and meetings, lists the day's scheduled meetings, and recommends a key priority for focus. Incoming emails are categorized based on the required actions, equipped with succinct two-line summaries; users can quickly generate reply drafts with a typed or dictated prompt, while emails that require no further action are organized into designated Outlook folders. Prior to meetings, PILOT generates an informative briefing that includes relevant context, unresolved items, key discussion points, and background information about the attendees, ensuring that users are well-prepared. Post-meeting, the tool transforms the recorded session into a summary, detailing decisions made, actionable to-dos, and a draft for follow-ups. Additionally, PILOT monitors responsibilities in both directions and sends reminders if a contact becomes unresponsive.
