PIEL Survey Description
The PIEL Survey App collects survey data from people every day. This allows for a deeper understanding of the participant's thoughts and feelings than traditional surveys. The researcher can ask a variety of questions and give prompts to participants to answer the survey. The PIEL Survey can also be used to conduct Ecological Momentary Assessment (EMA), or Experience Sampling Methods (ESM) research methods. These methods are recognized as powerful tools that minimize recall bias and allow detailed analysis of influences on behavior. Web-based surveys are limited in their effectiveness due to the importance of being "inthe moment". The PIEL Survey App receives notifications even if you are offline, so surveys can be completed even if you are not connected.
PIEL Survey Alternatives
