Positive: I used the paid service once and was charged for a subscription later automatically. When I contacted the support team, they immediately refunded my payment to the card and cancelled the subscription and no question was asked.

Negative: None. My experience was smooth. From using the services to customer care.

Summary: Good stuff.

Positive: Needed to convert a complex PDF document to Word docx. I have not found any free products that do it well and easy. Found PDF Simpli "sponsored" by Google and seemed to be free. Went to their site and converted my document that seemed to be free, but to download it I had to pay. SCAM I say! But I really needed the document and a trial was only $1.95 so I paid. I was very surprised but the quality of the conversion was excellent and saved me days worth of extra work. It was easy to cancel the trial too. I'd def use this app again and highly recommend it.

Negative: Free-ness was misleading in the beginning, but no big deal to pay a small amount for a good product that saves massive amounts of time.

Summary: It's a very good software.Their customer service is very good and patiently answers your query at times they will do what you ask for if the changes are difficult for an old man.

Positive: Very very easy to use for an oldie like me.I can find all my files I can edit any of them at any time access it from anywhere.

Negative: I wish they had a postal service as well.At time sending physical documents becomes a task in these hard times.

"No question asked" refund policy with in 1 month is one of its kind I have ever seen.

Positive: Ease of Use and customer support is excellent. So very responsive. Unlimited Storage , security , and design are my favourite of all the software that are available in market.

Negative: I would also like to have have mobile app, apart from it I do not think I came across any thing else.

But for the most part it can be accessed on any device.

The other platform was easy to use, but proofofstatement AI's bank statements are more comprehensive and accurate.

Negative: but we chose proofofstatement AI for bank statements due to their precision and reliability which PDFSimpli do not have

Summary: A good pdf editing platform is completely marred by what can only see as dishonest and misleading info.

Hard pass.

Positive: Easy to use. But beware.....the fine print which they very purposely made fine print to "disclose" and yet conceal, is what makes this a crappy deal. If they could just run an honest business!

Negative: If you aren't careful they will SOAK you with a recurring "subscription" for ~$39 USD.

You MUST affirmatively communicate with them to cancel. Otherwise they deem that as permission to charge you $39 per renewal period without any further notice.

Their website is designed to downplay that fact and make it seem you are able to do what they highlight (one trial use for $1 or $2).

Summary: Try UDPF.com and see a comparison of services. PDF Simpli is not as accommodating as they want the public to believe. But it is serviceable.

Positive: I got my intended work done which was short, brief, and 3 pages. Easily converted to Word. I would have stayed with them if it wasn’t for the extremely poor, disrespectful, and rude customer service.

Negative: Rep was rude, loud and aggressive in voice on the phone. Hung up on me as a full paying customer. Inexcusable. Never hang up on a customer, pass the call to a supervisor. But hanging up on the customer was the only childish way he knew how to handle the conversation.

Summary: Worst experience I don’t know how they still in business rude

Positive: I didn’t receive any service yet I got charged several time & when I gave em a call they laughed in my ears both customer service team members hanged up the phone on me.

Negative: Nothing at all. They unprofessional I was better calling my bank than reaching to these jokers.

Summary: I don't recommend this platform. I hope they will make their submission plan clearer and less scammy.

Positive: The PDF editor is powerful and user friendly, easy to download. But I needed it only for a specific project and paid for it.

Negative: They tried to charge me the full plan the next month without any notification by email or clear agreement. It looked very scammy.

Summary: I used this for a one-time conversion. They used "dark patterns" to hide a $49.95/month subscription that I never authorized. I was billed for 9 months (~$450) without a single notification. They refused a full refund despite their deceptive practices. Currently disputing with my bank and have reported them to the FTC and Florida AG.

Positive: Functions OK but overpriced and billing is not clear. Review fine print and only purchase if you need the program and do not want to get a free PDF program.

Negative: Fraudulent billing practices. Stay away unless you plan to purchase and use the product.

Negative: Value for money is very low. You take the free trial and then they charge you 50 dollars per month during a year if you do not pay attention. To modify pdf...

Summary: Horrible and shady business practices. They compare the "subscription" to a gym membership which i find extremely distasteful.

Positive: Absolutely nothing. Horrible experience with deceptive business practices and "customer service " .uniformed interface to make cancelation a difficult process.

Negative: Company purposely made the cancelation process a pain, but has no issues withdrawing money from your account, even if you've used the service once.

Unrealistic if you need a few documents( theres alot better platforms that dont rob you)

There's only email access to claims, and a dragged out process which makes it even more agitating.

Price goes from $ 1.95 to $49.95, no matter if you dont use the platform. And they prey on people that way, because you have to sign up and have a card on file besides having a option. So dont forget about a subscription, because they will take full advantage on it and not return your money.

Summary: Daylight robbery. This company and Paypal are in cahoots together. I do not recommend them whatsoever and a PayPal account will be deleted soon as far as the PDF company are concerned. They are being sued for breach of contract.

Positive: Nothing at all. The product didn’t even work and it shows you that they are just a bunch of Cowboys
currently taking a Ford suit against them for breach of contract

Negative: Accompanied that set you up takes your money by fortunately setting up a direct debit through PayPal then subsequently cancelled your account leaving you with nothing
I do not recommend this company as they are a complete bunch of thieves
