Summary: Then they withdraw money from your account without your knowledge. Never pay for anything on this website!

Positive: Nothing. The translation they did was completely not correct. They asked to pay $4, then steal my data and opened account without asking me.

Negative: They deceitfully steal your data and open a subscription you don’t even know about.

Summary: Report this company to the authorities, they bill you 50 USD a month without telling you, then refuse to refund you. Con artists at the finest

Positive: Nothing, they stole money from me and refused to pay it back. I would recommend to report this company to the authorities.

Negative: They are literally criminals, they trick you into a cheap 1-2 dollar plan then bill you 50 USD a month with claim of some small print you agreed to. Then they refuse to refund the money they stole from you.

Summary: Started out ok.
Bur after canceling and talking to their customer team and getting sketchy explanations as to why this happened and why I cant see my own cc on my own account it seemed their main objective is to get your money.

Positive: It did translate my 1 page paper, so that was ok.
Other then that I realy have nothing positive to say about them.

Negative: I signed up for the "free" account, which I used once, but they charge you if you need to print anything. It was a small amount so I was ok with it. I canceled the account within the 14 day trial period to avoid their automatic renewal ! However as soon as I cancelled I received 2 emails, 1 that my account was canceled and another to thank me for purchasing a subscription for $ 47.95 US
( $ 65+ CND ! ) and for a successful processed payment of $ 18.95 US ! ?!
I called customer service and was told I canceled the account but then apparently signed up again a second late, and was told they had proof of me doing this !! I am working with my cc company to block any payments and get my money back.
Important to note is that you have no access at all to your cc details on your account, no option to erase it !! Very, very sketchy !!

Summary: Terrible scammy company do not use. They sign you up with a one off offer of $2 and then sneakily sign you up to $49.95 per month without any clear information about this.

Update: I made a dispute with PayPal over this and immediately PDFSimpli emailed me saying that would refund me in full if I ended the dispute with PayPal. I did and then they sent an email refusing to refund me. F*ck this company. I’ll be making this a legislative issue now.

Positive: Nothing. It was something that could be done with in built programs on Mac or PC. Do not use this product.

Negative: They auto renew your subscription without any clear information. So you sign up to complete a singular PDF task for $2 and they will sneakily then role your subscription over @$49.95 per month.

Summary: Appalling, this is a straight up money trap website. They may have bought the software and website from another company, but are using it to illegally scam users out of recurring subscription fees. They are sophisticated and know who to work the Paypal resolution system to their advantage.Please avoid at all costs.

Positive: The Software worked fine and absolutely did what I needed however the rub and kick in the proverbials comes a few weeks later when they extract you hard earned money!

Negative: The Shady Auto Renew Subscription, they will take the money and not honour their 30 day cooling off period. They Lied to Paypal when I raised the dispute to get the case closed. I've spent hours bouncing between their support team and Paypal an neither are accepting responsibility (because guess what, they both get paid regardless) These are straight up grifters using a very useful and well designed website they probably bought from someone else.

Summary: They are scammers. I don't recommend getting involved. I will try to use another application. Thanks to my bank

Positive: It works good with pdf. Document was ready for download but then they wrote that i need to pay for downloading document. Question: why do you write that it is FREE online editor?

Negative: It was written that I payment is just for 2 weeks, but in reality they wanted to save my card and use it for subscription. Bank declined operation

Positive: Good service, i use it once and pay around $2 and got my pdf as ordered but automatic unauthorized withdrawn

Negative: Be very wary of this service. I paid around $ 2 for a one-time service to fill out a PDF file.

Summary: There is probably some fine print somewhere, as shady companies often do. Even if what they’re doing is technically legal, it feels very dishonest and sneaky.

I filled out one PDF file and paid honestly for a one-time service, which cost around €2. After that, money started being automatically withdrawn from my PayPal account for a subscription. I never agreed to any subscription — only to a single-use service.

Summary: I was not aware of the service being added to my business by a former employee, and when I asked for a courtesy refund for the three months charged, I was immediately denied. I understand their refund rule, but certain circumstances should be an exception.

Positive: This service was useless to my needs and no better than PDF Pro.Plus their business practice of refunds should be negotiable.

Negative: The service is no better than PDF Pro. The cost of $49.95/month is a rip off.

They said they were going to refund more than €20 and so far nothing!!!

Negative: Tricks you into saying you do not have to make an account and after you edit your document it makes you do an account and you have to pay so you can download your document.

Summary: Their customer service was not helpful at all. I ended-up paying $400 for a $2 PDF (granted, I should have caught the monthly charges sooner, but I didn't think I was signed up for anything). Near as I can tell, this is their business model... Provide a $2 service and then start charging for a subscription that nobody wanted

Positive: Basic functional program, but nothing to set it apart from the competition. I had to complete a simple task and the program got that done

Negative: I needed to work on ONE PDF document. I did what I needed to do and paid my $2 and thought my experience was done. However, I started getting charged a $39/month subscription fee that I most certainly did NOT want and did NOT think I was signed up for

Summary: Difficult to use. Constantly got messages “file to big” or something similar. After hours of trying, my manual failed to upload and convert.

Positive: No pros. I tried to convert a manual to a pdf document. All my efforts were met with “file too big” or something to that effect. I abandoned all efforts. Two weeks later they scammed $59 off me

Negative: Took $59 out of my PayPal account without authorization. I never signed up for any subscription service. As a principal, I never do. Now I have problems getting my money back. Many others suffer are in the same boat. Their service also failed to convert my document even after I paid for it.

Summary: Horrible. I feel like I was scammed for $49. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Not easy to use either

Positive: It was easy to download. There really are not any more positive things to say about this product. Wish there was

Negative: It was glitchy, Wayyyyyy too expensive ! Does NOT give you options for different highlighter color which is CRAZY for the price of $49 per month.

Summary: dishonest company. I would never continue with a company that used dishonest tactics to get money out from me. As far as I can say, that will be the last money they see from me again.

Positive: you can edit pdfs which is what i needed so it did the job..... BUT its not worth £49.00 being stolen from your account under the guise of small print.

Negative: being charged £49.00 after paying £1.99, not obvious that I was going to be charged £49.00
