Negative: The reset password page dint work and tried login multiple times but went in vain.

Summary: Customer service off the chain, product could use a little tweaking, Kinda hard to edit documents and conversion from one to another not always smooth. OCR could use some tweaking.

Positive: Agent was quick and effective and answered my questions, Knew her stuff! Give her Kudos and a raise!

Negative: The website was a bit vague with the promotion. I expected a better performance.

Summary: As I said, great software at a very competitive price. I will remain to be a loyal user. After the bugs and featured requests are resolved, you will then have an awesome product.

Positive: I like that it does almost everything that adobe sign does, PDF Architect has an easy to use interface. As pdf software, I have always loved its features and the read aloud is super handy.

Negative: I have noticed a few bugs and I have made some featured requests. This can always be expected. You guys welcome any feedback.

The issue with not being able to select a font size in ‘request a signature’ mode makes this excellent feature unusable . Something to tackle for you guys.

Summary: Every time I have asked for help I receive it timely and effortlessly. Great people to work with. The program is easy to use. Support is wonderful!

Negative: I cannot think of anything I do not like. There is nothing bad about the program or the support.

Summary: Molly was fast and accurate, she did a wonderful job. I she was available , she could work for me that attitude.

Positive: Molly just went to work, got the idea that i relayed to her and figures it our and fixed our problem in about 10 minutes
she was great.

Negative: Everything was great and she, Molly, knows her product.

Summary: Ive not looked to change in well over a decade, its my go to PDF programme. Its ease of use and the usefulness of all the modules is what makes this PDF programme stand out from the others, the converter is the best as well.

Positive: The app, but just as important, the outstanding customer support, if there is a problem, they deal with it, they treat their customers as prized possessions, so from that point of view, everyone else is second best.

Negative: The fact you can no longer buy it outright and still get the updates, but that does not distract from its overall quality and ease of use.

Summary: Very good product and value for money for professionals and scientists like me. I like it very much.

Summary: We use only the PDF creator tool from PDF Architect.
This works fine for us and make PDF creating easy.

Positive: Easy to use.
A lot of features, to support making PDF-Files from other applications.
Supports encrypting.

Negative: A little bit tricky install and uninstall, if you prefer only the PDF creator tool.

Summary: Excellent support, Very happy with PDF Architect Version 7. I currently am using version 7, and have no cons with this version. Now 8 and 9 I did not like the changes that were made and 9 has some major delay issues. I had to switch back to version 7, could not do my work with version 9.

Positive: I after trying a few different PDF editors have found the Source forge has been the best for me for the money. I started out with version 4, I am up to and running now version 7. Now this is not against PDF Architect, but version 8 & 9 I had issues with so I went back to 7, I am very happy with this version. Just give them a little time to get the bugs out of version 9, or maybe version 10 when it comes out might fix some of the issues I was having. I can tell you their support is excellent. They have helped me with a couple of issues and that support was great...

Summary: I feel my prior comments express that I am extremely pleased with my overall experience using their products.

Positive: No matter how good software may be, there will always be a reason at sometime to need customer support. That is why I put a lot of importance in that area. PDF Architect excels in that area and have no problem recommending all of their products.

Negative: I have not experienced any issues that I could classify as a con.

Summary: Was frustrating initially in activating until the support people resolved it. This took longer than anticipated.
Now that all is sorted it is an excellent product as I have used the previous versions (PDF 6, 8) before without issues.

Positive: The many features are very useful once one learns to navigate and use them. Some self learning is required, not an issue. That is why Ease of use is scored as good.

Negative: The self education part can be improved. The continuous reminder to upgrade is not required.

Summary: Excellent product. I use it daily and have been recommending it to friends and colleagues since I started using the product.

Positive: The assistance provided was courteous, efficient, and happily resolved my issue. She was extremely competent and communicated well.

Summary: I upgraded to PDF Architect Pro after using the free product for many years. My work product has become more sophisticated and the features available in this model addressed those needs.
I had to upgrade my MS platform after purchasing the Pro version and had some problems. Angela of customer service was instantly available and guided me through all the necessary adjustments. She was courteous, diligent and thorough. I highly recommend PDF Architect Pro and the customer service that accompanies this pdf viewer/editor. Many thanks.

Positive: Features in the Professional version offer a greatly expanded range of options than the free version of PDF Architect at a very reasonable price.

Negative: I never had a problem with the free version but it was limited in its application.

Summary: I bought the perpetual license for PDF Architect 4 many years ago. I love the program. In my estimation this one of the best PDF program, my need are simple, editing, form filling and etc.

The support are excellent, when my PC hard Drive crashed, the support team gave me a new product key to continuing using the program.

Positive: Easy to use. Friendly support team. Great price for perpetual license. I have tried many other PDF programs, most of the paid program wanted to sell subscription service, I am a retired individual and don't see a good reason for me to pay for subscription.

Negative: None
