OpenGMB offers a comprehensive solution for small businesses and marketing agencies to efficiently manage their Google Business Profiles. Utilizing Google's official Business Profile API, it consolidates reviews and responses, scheduled posts, profile modifications, health assessments, performance analytics, and client approvals into a single platform. Teams can delegate review tasks, incorporate internal commentary, perform bulk edits across multiple locations, and produce branded reports or set up a client portal. The system features configurable rules that oversee replies, posts, and profile adjustments prior to their release; specifically, both posts and profile changes must obtain approval, while responses to four- and five-star reviews can be automatically approved when the feature is activated. Additionally, OpenGMB includes an MCP server and REST API to facilitate compatibility with various clients and agents through the use of permissioned tokens.
