MonuDesk is a specialized order management system tailored for monument dealers, headstone retailers, and memorial shops. It organizes every order on a visual board, with distinct columns representing each stage of the process, from initial quotes to the final installation, allowing teams to keep track of what is pending from families, cemeteries, or suppliers. Pricing for quotes is based on the dealer's pricing book, and once a quote is accepted, it seamlessly transitions into an official order that includes the contract, invoice, and receipt. Additionally, cemetery applications, associated fees, and foundation regulations are stored once for each cemetery, generating actionable to-dos for every order. Families benefit from a dedicated portal link where they can monitor order progress, access necessary documents, and make payments online. The built-in 3D designer, MonuStudio (currently in beta), enables users to visualize the monument prior to cutting. The Pro plan enhances functionality with features such as drawing approvals within the portal, managing purchase and foundation orders, generating shop tickets, planning installations, tracking open balances, creating sales tax reports, and integrating with QuickBooks Online. This software operates in a web browser, includes an iPhone application, and supports both English and German languages for broader accessibility.
