    Needs a Better Outlook

    Summary: It is definitely great for organizations and personal use, but be aware of some flaws that can be detrimental to communications if you are not careful.

    Positive: Outlook has a great organized feel and a nice layout compared to other email providers. They provide a nice taskbar with all listed options so you do not have to search around to send priority or attach links/images.

    Negative: This email system can be very finicky sometimes. There are days I have to send test emails just to make sure people are receiving them because it can be unreliable.

    Customizable, but clunky

    Summary: After working with Outlook for 5 years, I switched to GMail for work email and the change was instantaneous. While Outlook can be customized, default views easily lead to email overwhelm and dropped balls. I would not use it as an email solution if I had another choice.

    Positive: There is a lot available to customize on Outlook and it works well with other Microsoft products (Word, etc).

    Negative: The way the system is designed to function felt really clunky and impeded my inbox productivity.
