With Mately, managers can effortlessly construct and publish rotas, assess anticipated wage expenses, and identify any scheduling issues. The platform generates a draft rota based on modifications provided by the manager, allowing for review prior to final publication. Employees are equipped with mobile applications for both iPhone and Android, enabling them to check their shifts and clock in or out, utilizing optional features like workplace Wi-Fi or distance monitoring. Furthermore, Mately facilitates the creation of timesheets for managerial approval, manages time-off requests and balances, and accommodates shift swaps, open-shift claims, team communication, announcements, and shared documents, with the possibility of including signatures. Once hours and overtime are validated, they can be exported to various payroll systems, including Sage 50 Payroll, Xero UK Payroll, BrightPay, or QuickBooks, or formatted as CSV or Excel files.
