Negative: UI could be enhanced for materialistic view. SNMP based monitors failing has been an issue. Cli based monitoring for MFA enabled devices is not available yet.

Negative: I didn't feel any dislike for any feature but if i suggest, ManageEngine OpManager alarms can be cumbersome to customize at the individual monitor level. We often get multiple alarm for the same fault, which can be annoying.
