Summary: I use it to have a planned output in terms of info via mail and online marketing. Also, it lets me to keep my communications unified and real.

Positive: Mailchimp permits me to simply import my contact list, free of cost, That’s why, I like it so much. Also, it is slightly expensive in compare with others.

Negative: At recent past, they updated their version and it created confusion regarding its previous commands.

Summary: This software makes high volume email very easy and simple. it gives you ability to check many analytics and helps you to point out what's good or bad with your marketing. I can easily join with my clients using excellent live chat option and help them out. Mailchimp is the complete well packaged tool it makes my marketing experience even better.

Positive: Return of investment tracking capability. Easy to manage subscribers and templates. Best way to target using audience using their behavior and geo tag. Best way to send high volume emails. Excellent live chat supporting system.

Negative: No search engine optimization added. There is no bucket testing feature.

Summary: It is very impressive and promising tool. Tons of customization option available you can easily select and ready to go. For me its user interface is well designed and perfectly implemented. Due to its eye-catching templates I gained lots of clients.

Positive: Easy to manage bulk mail subscribers. The interface is simple and easy to understand. Auto hybrid schedule mail. Freemium plan has many useful features. Great data insights which helps you to overview your campaign.

Negative: Premium subscription charges are high. Customer support is not good. Not much set-up tutorial available and for beginners it's little difficult.

Summary: Overall, this software is very user friendly and for beginners, it is easy to learn but since it's not integrated with Shopify it makes the software less convenient.

Positive: The templates are very basic and it's very user friendly for someone that is just getting started off with email newsletters.

Negative: I use email for my e-commerce business, and Mailchimp recently lost its integration with Shopify, which makes this platform lose its appeal for me.

Summary: It's a good tool and would suggest their free tier especially for someone needing something simple to use.

Positive: Easy way for business owners to manage their own email campaigns or have an agency run it for them.

Negative: It is confusing to set up lists and they have their own terms which make it confusing.

Summary: For the email function I give it a 9/10 only because a member unsubscribed unintentionally and we have had great difficulty getting her back into the audience without completing a form that I'm unable to locate.

Positive: Simple to format and send large group emails/updates. Including a branding kit for Church logos and fonts would be great and bulk deletion of uploads would be helpful.

Negative: If it had a convert to print format feature, I would be hooked! To be able to generate printed church Bulletins from the weekly email would be amazing!!!

Summary: Overall Mailchimp is a great email tool for entry level use cases: both for newsletters and simple email automation scenarios.

Positive: Mailchimp has a quirky design (in a peculiar way)- both on the website and inside the app. It’s quite easy to navigate, especially with a smaller number of campaigns and automations.

Negative: Once your e-mail deliveries start getting complex, you will notice your business outgrows Mailchimp’s abilities- limited reporting options will lack appropriate level of details and the navigation will be getting complicated. Support was never their strong side as you are one of their hundreds of thousands of customers.

Summary: Overall, Mailchimp does the job for a basic email blast application, but I would be looking for more in an actual CRM.

Positive: There are a lot of features in here that can be useful...nice to have a free option to do basic email blasts.

Negative: The formatting side of the email text isn't super intuitive or user friendly, IMO...the landing page builder felt quite clunky.

Summary: It's a fine service, but it's not scalable. The pricing is off as they charge per contact that you upload.

Positive: The shared server seemed to have a good reputation with email providers, so the messages weren't flagged as spam readily.

Negative: The pricing model is not scalable at all. As they charge per contact upload, if you have any significant number of people to reach out to, you'll pay far more than it's worth.

Summary: I had high hopes for this service, but they dropped me after the second campaign due to the industry my small business is a part of.

Positive: Sending campaigns, automatic emails for events, and it was a plugin for my WooCommerce website, so my contacts synced/imported well.

Negative: They dropped me after my second email due to selling dietary supplements in my store.

Summary: We used to love Mailchimp, it has been more difficult lately. Cannot upload any photos. Not from a computer. Not from a telephone. Not from an iPad. Can’t import any photos, therefore, I cannot entice my customers to click on my email. Please fix it

Positive: I don’t like much right now about Mailchimp.
We have tried to contact you via chat and online without a response at all about why not we cannot add photographs to our emails anymore. We used to be able to use that feature.
