Another thing that is important to note about MailChimp is that although it has a very easy-to-use UI and that the user can feel completely comfortable, the initial configuration system is a bit confusing and complex. For us, during the implementation process it was a bit difficult to configure the initial user records, in addition, the menus were very confusing, we had to go to acquire a MailChimp support package to have an easier implementation.

Summary: We could determine that Mailchimp offers an optimal and reliable email marketing service. It has a vast amount of tools that automate and adapt email advertising and allows us to generate a sense of closeness and greater interest in meeting the needs of our customers. Although it has some shortcomings in important functions, we fully recommend the application.

Positive: Thanks to this application we have been able to automate and optimize our marketing management through e-mails. It has a very useful option that allows us to schedule autoresponders based on keywords generating immediate interaction. Likewise, it has a very large contact database that allows us to extend our advertising reach.

Negative: We consider as an important disadvantage that although the application has an extensive list of contacts, we can not make an analysis where we can detail specific information and effectively segment our target for greater effectiveness and opportunities for potential customers. On the other hand, sometimes the autoresponders fail and take conversations with users out of context.
