Some of the standout features include a customizable Markdown rendering engine, syntax highlighting for fenced code blocks, and advanced auto-completion capabilities. While MacDown welcomes pull requests for aliases to existing languages, it does not accept submissions for new syntax highlighting rules. If you are interested in contributing additional language definitions or themes, please head over to the Prism project page to submit your ideas. Once your pull request is approved, I will ensure that updates from Prism are incorporated into future releases.
