Positive: It’s so much easier to exchange information with customer and keep track of your business I highly recommended love it if your business owner of any type, you should have a Linq business card.

Negative: I got no complaints whatsoever I had to recommend this product to any business owner.

Positive: This product is a great replacement for the traditional business card. The customizable landing page once a user scans your card is fantastic - I have it set up to book appointments and it has made call-to-action networking much more successful, follow-up rates a noticeably higher.

Negative: The tap feature does not always work, but there is a backup barcode to scan so it has never created a large problem.

Summary: No longer have to carry regular cards on every appointment, just show my screen and share the QR code! Also works great for virtual appointments!

Positive: So easy to set up & use. I get complimented on how cool it looks when I share my card. So many thing I can customize.

Negative: Sometimes the app doesn't load as easily as I would like.

Summary: Linq solves the problem of the person receiving my paper business card having to input my information into his or her contacts later. It also solves the problem of having enough paper business cards on hand which can get quite cumbersome and bulky! Linq makes paper business cards obsolete and also helps the environment by reducing demand for paper business cards!

Positive: Linq just works with the Near Field Communication (NFC) functionality or the QR code. The Linq digital business card eliminates the need for physical business cards, thereby saving some trees and helping the environment! It's easy to customize different profiles linked to the Linq card through the Linq smartphone app. I use the Linq card at every business networking function. I also like how my contact information can be saved immediately to someone's phone so they can keep in touch with me more easily, especially through LinkedIn.

Negative: Sometimes the NFC function doesn't work with Android phones (although NFC consistently works with iPhones).

Summary: Couldn’t really ask for more. Prices on products were extremely reasonable, and once you purchase them, you never have to pay for additional content at all unless you want to sign up for their pro program.

Positive: What’s not too like? You don’t have to buy any paper cards ever! if you change or alter your profession or add in degrees, you can do it right on your own digital card. It’s unbelievable to me how much content you can put on there… Easily 100 times the amount you could put on a paper card.

Negative: Absolutely nothing. Customer service has been great, building your own page was very easy, even for someone technology challenge like myself.

Positive: Linq has not only been able to allow me to provide the maximum of information to those that I am recruiting and networking with, but it has become the envy of those I am competing against. Fellow recruiters and candidates are fascinated by the technology I have on my wrist. Best of all.... I no longer have to carry pounds of heavy, 3-ply cardstock flyers that will be obsolete in less than 6 months by my Marketing Department. Thus, Linq has just saved me chiropractic visits and made me look like a hero to my company in printing expenses and the envy of those who want to know why people keep touching my wrist with their phone. Best piece of jewelry ever!

Negative: I have found the NFC is not always 100%. Still trying to work out if it is setting or the phone case of the person or what.

Summary: Overall, we are committed to keeping LINQ for another year to see the full ROI. This past week we went to a conference where we got to use it more in a networking with strangers setting. Our clicks we're really impressive and now we see how cool this app can really be.

Positive: We love Linq because we are able to change what information is presented to our clients when we network. We work with a wide range of income levels and different events all over the country. At a drop of a hat, I can quickly change anyone's profile and include information relevant to the audience my staff is in front of at the time.

Negative: While we really enjoy the software and app. We feel the team is disjointed and when it comes to getting help from the Linq staff, it's often many days in-between communication.

Summary: Highly recommend Linq if you're a person that networks often or has a job that requires constant networking. It makes the entire process of exchanging your contact information seamless.

Summary: Overall I like the product and what it promises. I dont think I will use all that it affords to a larger organization that is sales focused.

Positive: Multiple avenues to use the card, from email address, to apple wallet. I like not having printed cards in my bag, wallet, car etc. Makes my life a lot simpler.

Negative: For a small business user, some of the initial setup steps I don't feel like I made my contact as good as probably people with IT departments or design type skills. It seems like it is gated to some degree through Linq, and at this point I am not sure I like that
