JobRunner Description
JobRunner begins with the lead pipeline and integrates it with FloorRight estimation and bid proposals. It then moves quickly into work-in-progress activities, such as purchase orders. Work orders, change orders, and job component management. JobRunner has a general ledger that includes project billing, accounts payables, WIP reporting, and enterprise level financial reporting. The Enterprise Job Cost module receives job activity automatically, starting with the contract value and budget. The controller can also see the cost-to-date accruals, billings and the percentage of completion for all open jobs. JobRunner and Enterprise Job Cost Reporting eliminate the time-consuming task of compiling WIP in a spreadsheet. EJC also allows for detailed cost analysis and P&L reporting at the project level.
