Users can easily incorporate photos into their reports by using a picker, drag-and-drop functionality, or by inserting them directly into defect reports; they can also annotate images with captions, rotations, and various markup tools like arrows and text, linking these visuals back to the corresponding findings. The original images are preserved while only the edits are included in the exported documents. Additionally, InspectDeck provides approximately 1,190 pre-written comments that autofill based on location, as well as section-specific materials formatted for printing directly within the reports.
