Startup company providing cheap finincial data for what I need Date: Apr 28 2021
Summary: You get what you pay for. They offer cheap financial datasets that would cost 10X more elsewhere.
I really like the new credit system but wish it more clear on the data weighting as it gets confusing and sometimes my credits go fastPositive: -It is cheap.
-It is reliable w/ rarely any downtime.
-exactly what I need as a personal investor.
-It is a great alternative to having to pay a lot more elsewhere for only data I need (unlike Bloomberg where I would need to pay 25K a month for stuff I wouldn't need).Negative: -some data missing but the team is quick to act and fix.

Too many missing symbols and lousy customer service to use their APIs Date: Jan 04 2022
Summary: You write to customer service letting them know that they're missing symbols and they tell you to go check your own code. You prove to them that their system's API is not working correctly and they tell you they can't help you. You insist in proving them them that they're missing symbols and they come back telling you that they can't help you. I've asked to speak to a manager but they just give me the runaround. Not satisfied at all and wishing I hadn't paid for another year worth of their services. Going to definitely be looking for a service that is more complete and cares when someone figures out their problems for them.
Positive: - The response time on the API requests is pretty good, so it is fast enough. There are .NET libraries available to code with.
Negative: - Far too many symbols missing from their system.
