Positive: Goto has a cluster of application which interconnects with each other providing whole new level of experience.

Negative: It is new and not that widely spread, sometimes other person does not have it.

Summary: Overall, GoToMeeting is the best fit for professional video calling and conferencing. The User Interface is very intuitive and easy to control.

Positive: - It provides high-quality audio and video transmission from both ends.
- The admin has all the control over the meeting that makes the moderation very easy.
- It does not have a complex user interface that makes it very easy to use for everyone.

Negative: - The audio transmission can be disturbed by the latency if the bandwidth is not strong enough.

Summary: GoToMeeting was the standard, "go to" product before COVID. Then Zoom took over with its ease of use, simple interface, and nice features. It would be difficult to return to GoToMeeting without a substantial overhaul and cost-effective pricing.

4. Works on nearly any platform (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android).

Negative: 1. Confusing interface for new users.
2. Not easy to use for new users.
3. Complex.

Summary: Overall, GoToMeeting has a very user-friendly user interface and does not require tech knowledge to use it. There are many useful features like the personalization of meetings.

Positive: - It is very easy and straightforward to use.
- Meetings can be done without any interruption.
- You can easily schedule meetings and personalize them.

Negative: - It is on the pricier side.
- Participant limit is low considering it is used for professional use.

Summary: My experience with GoToMeeting has been totally effective, with this platform we have managed to boost general communication in our company and we have been able to exchange information online without having to make a great effort. This platform has allowed us to communicate with clients, to be able to talk about topics in general, to hold meetings and even to hold discussions online. GoToMeeting is a very complete platform, it offers a totally unsurpassed video quality that allows each videoconference to be correctly viewed by all the members, in addition, it has an online chat system integrated by the videoconference, which allows all participants to be able to interact live.

Positive: Keeping in touch with clients and with our work environment is absolutely important to us. GoToMeeting has done a wonderful job of making communication much more interactive, allowing us to generate more stability in the sharing of information online. What I like the most about this software is that I can make videoconferences in a simple way, it is not like other platforms that offer me an invitation delivery system. GoToMeeting offers me a system where those who want to enter the videoconference, must have an ID and a password, and will have immediate access to the videoconference in general. In addition, another feature that I love about this software is that it has a great file sharing, since each file uploaded by the videoconference administrators can be immediately viewed by all the members or participants who are viewing the videoconference.

Negative: One of the features that should be improved in GoToMeeting is the reminder system. Previously, this platform offered a fully automated and optimized reminder system, which sent notifications consistently. It sent previous notices to those who were going to participate in the videoconference, when there was 1 week, a few days and even a few hours to start the videoconference, however, this notification system has declined, and now the subscriber only receives this notice when there are a few hours to start the video conference.

Summary: I think my experience with GoToMeeting has been good, because I have been able to manage the video conferences that we plan very well in our business environment. Currently, we have the ability to enjoy great video quality for all the videoconferences that we produce, in addition, we have excellent audio transmission which helps clients to have a complete experience during the videoconference. We are very happy using GoToMeeting. Despite the problem we had a couple of months ago, we have managed to get the most out of this platform and we have been able to organize video conferences on a constant basis with a high participation of subscribers.

Positive: The wide communication between the client or consumer, and the employee, is always something completely important, since here the negotiations and services take place that can benefit the client in a certain way. GoToMeeting has provided constant and high-quality communication with all clients who agree to try our services in the real estate sector. One of the things that I liked the most about this platform is that it allows us to modify the environment of the scheduled videoconference, in the environment we can modify the design, the colors, add the organizers who are in charge of managing the videoconference, and also the topics that will be discussed in said videoconference. In addition, I love the notification system that GoToMeeting has, which is able to notify the subscribers of the videoconference, exactly how long it takes to start the videoconference, this helps customers to be attentive and know what hours they should be available for video conferencing. Notices are received by email.

Negative: The performance that GoToMeeting has had has been impressive and this has allowed video conferencing to have a good development. However, during my experience, I had a problem that affected significantly, and I would like to see a solution implemented to correct this problem in GoToMeeting. This platform should have an anti-spam filter that prevents robots from creating false subscriptions to our video conferences. A couple of months ago we had a big problem, where we received more than 500 subscriptions, and it was something that impressed us, but when we checked each one of those subscriptions, we realized that they were fraudulent and were not subscriptions of real people . I would like GoToMeeting to implement an anti-spam system.

Summary: Overall, GotoMeeting is a professional tool that comes with a very easy-to-use user interface and excellent customer support.

Positive: -It is very professional yet it is very easy to use.
-The live voting function comes in very handy to communicate with the audience.
-You can record the session that too in compressed size.

Negative: -Frequent popups for updates.
-Multiple organizers cannot share the screen at the same time.

Summary: You can find anything which is necessary for a meeting. It supports a huge library of plugins to add tools as per your need and convenience.

Positive: This software is made after considering every aspect to make a business meeting seamless, and tools are there so that anyone can use this software for all kinds of purposes required during the sessions.

Negative: Too complex. Even though creating meetings is easy but understanding how each tool will work is quite confusing.

Summary: The interface is very nice and made considering every aspect providing an amazing experience. It supports a lot of tools for an amazing and optimum meeting.

Positive: You can remotely access any participant's computer in the meeting.
Virtual boards and tools help a lot.
Fast and reliable, meetings are encrypted.

Negative: It lags if more than one participant tries to control a single system.
Sometimes it lags when the internet is slow.

Summary: Overall it's an excellent tool for virtual meetings and webinars and has been a life savior while doing remote work.

Positive: I've used GoToMeeting for hosting webinars. The audio and video quality is really nice and so are some of the functionality like chat, questions and segregation between host, panelist and attendee.

Negative: It's a little pricey and the video playback isn't that great during the webinar. Video played during streaming gets laggy.

Summary: It's a great software that has helped many companies, schools, families, etc. stay connected during COVID. Technology is a beautiful thing and I am thankful for GoToMeeting for existing. I attend several webinars and online trainings with GoToMeeting and it is great!

Positive: This is another great resource for virtual meetings. Any member can attend from anywhere! It's similar to zoom, but has better pricing. It's a great way for employees to work remotely. They claim to have extremely high security as well - which is important in our line of work. Free 14 day trial too!

Negative: It's not quite as user friendly and graphically pleasing as zoom, but it is more affordable.

Summary: GoToMeeting deserves to be preferred for the following factors, it is very easy to manage, audio communications between individuals are automated, registration costs are reduced, work is facilitated due to the high quality of the photo resolution accordingly, the experience of the collaborate with the involvement in payments and concepts clearly and quickly.

Positive: It is a phenomenal application, I am completely satisfied, it allows you to initiate conferences immediately through Microsoft Office, as well as emails, it is active to relay conference recordings after they are finished, it is equipped with a built-in stereo, implementing the voice signal online. Since you use desktop registration, you have an OpenVoice number to facilitate and conduct free seminars, it’s great to customize online meeting areas, it allows you to acquire a person link to call, it promotes knowledge of videoconferences, it is effective to separate transmissions from video clips at each conference.

Summary: Whether you are a small, medium, or a big company, it doesn't matter in GoToMeeting's services. It provides exceptional services, tools, and quality experience. Participation in a business meeting is very much convenient using GoToMeeting.

Positive: GoToMeeting offers you almost all the tools that you would need to host/join a professional meeting. The quality of the call is exceptional.

Negative: Like most other chat and meeting platforms, you won't get a free option here. They only offer a free trial which is for about 14 days.
