Negative: The only thing I think could be a con is its subscription fee is little high.

Summary: The ease of use for all my employees was a great factor in purchasing GoToMeeting. The customer service that has been provided is amazing.

Positive: With the times we are living in, and suddenly being in lockdown again, we need a safe and secure way to connect with one another for meetings. It was so seamless and reliable that everyone is always able to connect no matter where we are located.

Negative: I have yet to run into a con. I was hesitate at first because of all the free online meeting platforms where strangers would suddenly show up in them. Thankfully the free trial took all those hesitations away.

Summary: I enjoy the ease of GTM, quick connection and feel of the site. I'd like to see it used more. They even offer remote work kits now. We need that more and more it seems.

Negative: It can sometimes take up a lot of bandwidth. Also be sure you have a quality device and internet connection.
