EXCELLENT Customer Service! Date: Aug 31 2023
Summary: GREAT experience! Helped with migration. Helped with troubleshooting the apps. They FULLY support the integrated apps that they carry!
Positive: I switched from another provider to GlowHost because I use two things primarily - Invoice Ninja and osTicket. There were issues with osTicket being upgraded and not being able to export/print PDF, and very recently (2023-08-31) Invoice Ninja had an update that either broke the app or prevented PDF viewing - depending on what you did. While the previous hosting company helped somewhat, they've never gone into as much detail as GlowHost. The time, patience and assistance given - even creating admin logins for them (at my suggestion/request) so that the direct issues can be seen, troubleshooted and resolved - is above and beyond any customer service I've received at any other hosting company. I should also mention that they're one of the very few that will allow you to pay monthly if you'd rather for your site. I HIGHLY recommend them!
Negative: Some issues with apps - but that's not a fault of the provider.

Still should be better. Date: May 13 2025
Summary: They provide a lot of features but some of them come with limitations. Their customer support was polite.
Positive: Feels more like a budget option. GlowHost migration support was helpful, though. Speed is pretty fast.
Negative: I ran into memory limits with just moderate traffic, believe I need to upgrade from shared to VPS hosting account.
