Summary: There was a unique situation where all the remote locations in Europe, all needed to sync files securely to the main branch for reporting purposes. Given that none of the entities involved would allow inbound connections, and that the data was 'sensitive' in nature, a needed solution that would be reliable, automated, and secured on a regular schedule. GS RichCopy was as we expected

Positive: It can transfer files over the worst connections, so it is very reliable.
It transfer files accurately and securely.
The GUI is fairly easy and straightforward.

Negative: The only thing I don't like about GS RichCopy is that not enough available online material to train especially with how to handle clouds.

Summary: With GS RichCopy 360 the syncing is superlatively smooth. backups are simple and effective, more than any software I've implemented previously. replicating folders is easy and the console screen is easier than the other similar CL tools.

Positive: With GS RichCopy 360, it walks with you through the backup process step by step to ensure a perfect drive backup and I like the operation speed, the simple and clear interface.

Negative: There Is Nothing I really dislike in this software.

Summary: Syncing specific files was not easy for us, Robocopy didn't give us an easy way to just copy specific files, and we found Gs Richcopy 360 which gave us very powerful features to execute our backup tasks, it was an amazing experience

Positive: I am impressed with some features like it has an easy interface, easy implementation, multiple features to sync to computers and clouds easily.

Negative: Just the name. It was very difficult to spell at first.

Summary: Gs RichCopy 360 comes to those who have slowly transfer speed to local networks and OneDrive, and it is the complete solution for the long pathname.
Just set and forget.

Positive: It is the nice-looking, easy, and one of the handiest sync tools that make the job done.
Powerful and clear to keep my disks and files synchronized.

Negative: We haven't had any problems. We just set and forget.

Summary: GS RichCopy is a great program for desktop and server backup for large businesses , and I would to say that our backup system was less than desirable, and it failed often. GS RichCopy Enterprise solved that problem and we can verify that backups are done daily.

Positive: Provides a good price for the value when it comes to desktop and server backup, easy to configure, fairly fast, the backup is automatic and runs in the background, and the support agents were very courteous and professional.

Negative: I have been using GS RichCopy for over 2 years and have never had any problem.

Summary: Used this to move all files from a crashed drive to my new laptop and it worked very well.
Also, it works as expected to sync to OneDrive.

Positive: Besides the high speed, it works as expected and faster than standard Windows Copy.
I like that it tells you what is wrong if a file is skipped/not copied or moved via understandable logs.

Negative: None No issues, everything works very well as expected.

Summary: I have been searching for many years to do a backup of anything and any kind of data. In the past, copying file server and database to a destination server was very hard, as we faced many problems such as losing data, and some kinds of data didn't copy.
Gs Richcopy 360 was the perfect solution for all copying operations, not just backups.

Positive: Can copy from multiple sources to destinations at once, own a straight user interface and Gs Richcopy has a very intelligent include/exclude filters.

Negative: Have not found any problems yet, I love it.

Summary: Gs Richcopy 360 provides me with a simple, effective, and fast backup solution that also works in the background of my windows.

Positive: It is a light program that does not slow my Laptop, has an easy configuration, high customization for each case, and saved me a lot.

Negative: I don't have anything negative to comment about this tool, maybe the price!

Summary: We copied about 1T of data from our Laptop to another, but unfortunately, the data was copied with the wrong year (2002), so it was big trouble for us.
We were trying to look for a tool that copies just the time attributes of the source files without re-copying the files again to the destination laptop, finally, we found GS RichCopy, it is just a few steps and transferring just the time attributes of the source files done. I love this product and highly recommended.

Positive: Very powerful and easy tool to copy the files with timestamps.
Time saver and worth every penny.
Professional for block and file-level replication.

Negative: My experience with this product is good and still in that way.

Summary: We was needing to sync one folder from our local windows to many FTP, we didn't find any effective results with tools like Goodsync and Syncbackpro as you have to create multiple jobs for each FTP and then run each manually.

GS RichCopy 360 was a great choice to sync to many FTP folders automatically.

Positive: The tool has an easy interface and just simple few steps to do anything, for example, what if I need to sync from windows to many FTP folders:
- create multiple jobs
- link the first job with others.
- You can only start the first job and the rest will follow by themselves. you will use a feature called "Start job in the post operation"

Speed and robustness are another 2 advantages.

Negative: GS RichCopy 360 Enterprise is a compatible program, must-have, no problems with it.

Summary: Syncing huge files amount of files is not an easy thing these days, and GS RichCopy 360 provided me an intelligent solution to sync files from my place (windows server 2019) to OneDrive.

Positive: GS RichCopy 360 has a user-friendly interface and it does a very good job verifying exactly what you would like sync/backup.
Easy installation with zero user interaction, has a good option to exclude certain folders, and has the ability to copy the open/locked files.

Negative: I don't really have any cons about GS RichCopy 360.

Summary: I am using GS RichCopy 360 and so far so good. I'm kind of shocked at how little mention it gets online, I see it has great features and has been solid for me so far in usage period. Installation was painless, and the support was great.

Positive: Low system resource usage.
Can run as a service.
Copy the updated data.
Full and incremental data backups.
Copy data in encryption way.
Copy from one site to far away site.

Negative: Not so easy, it needs some techy knowledges sometimes.

Summary: I love gs richcopy 360. I have it deployed in prod to serve as a reliable transfer tool of large files from one place to another.
I love the control it offers, and I like that it works great with my Synology.
It is how I keep my Windows important files synchronized to Synology .

Positive: My opinion about gs richcopy 360: it is so flexible, usable, very efficient with great tracking and support that is very knowledgeable and responsive, and it offers a lean, efficient, simple method to automate backup of my important files.

Negative: Nothing is missing, it has all the features that I need 🙂

Summary: My review is simply to thank GS RichCopy 360 developers for their effort because they made everything easy with their software while transferring from anywhere to Nasuni. No problems exist now.

Positive: It solves all the problems that I was facing before with Nasuni.
I have all the needed features under my hand to help me in any process.
It has a great logs system which makes everything fixable.
It has a nice progress bar and an easy Emailing system to present the processes.

Negative: All the used features work very good and no problems exist.

Summary: When you have a corrupted large backed up file created by Acronis and you can't use it again, the big problem is that I can't access that file because it can be read only via Acronis.
Another backup solution recommended to us and this solution was GS RichCopy 360, now we don't have any problem with any backup using this tool.

Positive: * I like the user interface , it is very easy and simple.
* I can access any backed up file normally without using any problem.
*I like the local and cloud backup options.
*Really pleased with the help and advice from the gurusquad team.

Negative: No cons.
