The FixNix Whistle-Blower Solution leverages "Corda," an open-source distributed ledger technology (DLT). This solution allows whistle-blowers to anonymously report misconduct within their organizations through a user-friendly web interface. Subsequently, the management team acts as the whistle-investigator, probing into the claims made by the whistle-blower, before passing the findings to the top management, referred to as the whistle-reviewer, who formulates a resolution and provides a final closure report. The underlying blockchain technology ensures a transparent investigative process, as the information shared is "non-corruptible and cannot be altered." Furthermore, our whistle-blower product safeguards the anonymity of individuals by assigning a unique cryptographic key, known as the Tip number. This immutability inherent in blockchain technology guarantees the integrity of the data, providing both security and trust in the reporting process. In this way, our solution not only promotes accountability but also fosters a culture of transparency within organizations.
