    Summary: Very good experience in trial and excited to use real one and i randomly get FocusRO from Google while i search employee monitoring software. Now i know it's the best. Very useful.

    Positive: Very good interactive and easy access.

    Budget friendly software and good time tracker. Perfect for my company usage.

    Negative: Payment gateway option need 2 or more in platform.

    Monitoring with respect to privacy

    Summary: It is always sensitive to monitor people's activity. I would not have started with a software that would be rejected by the majority of the employees out of privacy concerns. With FocusRO we didn't have that issue, people are ok with it.

    Positive: As per my title, difficult combination to do but FocusRO figured it out very well. Especially with a lot of people working from home in these difficult days this tool comes in handy. Staff that is often distracted often just require some attention to get them back on track. This tool allows you to catch on early.

    Negative: FocusRo needs to be thought what pages are ok for your staff to use. So at the start it requires some attention.

    Summary: Overall FocusRO provides a better solution for our employee monitoring and productivity. Its a good tool for our employees too to enhance their productivity and their ability to improve their time and task management.

    Positive: FocusRO offers an effective tool for managing employee productivity and generating reports to analyze their performance and activities. Their customer support is excellent, assisting us with both the implementation and ongoing use of the software for our business.

    Negative: If the user interface were easier to use, it would be more helpful for new users. Sometimes, there is a small glitch in software.

    Summary: Nice and simple product to monitor your remote work users, is is very easy to deploy and start monitoring your remote users.

    Positive: Easy deployment, customer service, easy to use, we were able to put in place in a very short time and to monitor remote user.

    Negative: Spanish translations doesn't exist on client and is not complete in web portal.

    Summary: The program is easy to use, and the reports are easy to understand and analyze. For both users and administrators, it's easy to find your way around.

    Positive: The fact that FocusRO is a non-intrusive program and doesn't go into too much detail about monitoring. This respects the privacy of our employees.

    Negative: The fact that, as administrator, you don't have the option of setting time slots, e.g. determining that the program should start automatically during office hours.
