Summary: In my company, all the employees were remote workers, and I faced many problems as I could not monitor their work. After deciding to use a tracking app, I tried many other software but found the FocusRo app most satisfactory. It helped me monitor the remote workers, increase productivity, and avoid unnecessary arguments.

Positive: FocusRO is user-friendly and easy to set up. Its detailed reports and real-time tracking features are excellent. The most important thing was that I had 3 free accounts, which allowed me to see the functionality myself.

Negative: Some new employees could not log in to the software using the details sent with the invitation. However, the problem was resolved after setting the password. Some employees also complained of a mismatch in the timings calculated by the app.

Summary: I was really looking for some tracking and time logging application for last few days, tried several free or paid apps or tools but didn't get satisfied as per my expectations. Few days ago my one of my friends suggested me to give a try to FocusRO, it seems like was build specifically for my requirements. The timeline and employee reports were extremely good and the clients, tasks and employee based filters was awesome. However so for unable to get the screenshots as per my expectations but may be its something related to my settings and configuration because its already mentioned in the detailed documentation by FocusRO. I would recommend the startups and other agencies to at least try it once, It will fulfill most of your requirements.

Positive: All the feature are good however the detail reporting, filters, live tracking and timelines are awesome.

Negative: Overall I liked it very much, however it can be integrated with some version controls like GitHub.

Also, I really like the categorization of clients, projects and tasks. Also, the option for break, meeting and at work are great. Plus it's free and provides screenshots for with 1 minute intervals.

Negative: Nothing particularly, but if there could be an option to disable quitting the app or if could also capture screen during break sessions for in case if employees are provided with an office device specifically. That could be great. Also, I tried live monitoring option but didn't work quite well, maybe I didn't understand how to use it.
