Summary: Everything was find until i was trying to down size my units. Instead of holding the sales person accountable i had to eat the cost.

Positive: Has a company that deals with owner operators who come and go unexpectedly i was sold on the no contract option.

Negative: I didn’t like being lied to. Lead to believe i was on a no contract.

Summary: It's OK, overall it services its purpose. The saving grace is the customer service. I like that people regularly reach out and ask us if we need help and are willing to work with us unlike larger providers.

Positive: I like knowing where our guys are and being able to pull video if needed or if there was an accident.

Negative: Doesn't openly display incidents on the screen such as where someone was idling or was speeding without watching a video and replaying a segment.

Summary: This product i would recommend for smaller type fleets. Larger fleet would need them for training videos and such. our training is done in house. Again, now days if you can keep your drivers happy then your problems are reduced 10 fold.

Positive: The product is easy to use on each end. The hook up is very easy for product to move from one truck to another. The final and most important is the drivers like it. If you can keep them from complaining then you really are doing something!!!!

Negative: You could be more responsive in trouble shooting. Fix the problem. Sending a new unit to the customer is the easy way out.

Summary: Driving 22 years and have been on paperless for well over half of that time, this is the only ELD I have used and it works fairly decent without major complications.

Positive: You can connect to your ECM with your phone.

The customer service team is extremely helpful at resolving problems.

The app works well as long as you have good service.

Negative: It puts you on duty on the weekend when you are off duty.
Sometimes when you are on the drive line and you stop somewhere to go on duty or off duty it continues to switch back to drive.
When you do an update it messes with the address and trailer number.
Does not work with Motorola.

Summary: My overall experience from using FleetUp is that I think is a great app to use to get you to your correct destination in a safe and timely manner. Overall I love the app just few kinks to work out.

Positive: The things that I liked most about FleetUp was the ease of using the app as well as opening up the app. FleetUp is direct and fast.

Negative: Cons that I found on FleetUp is sometimes the app will put you on a route that’s only good for cars to follow. Only at sometimes and seems to only happen upstate.

Summary: I have a fillet of 4 trucks. FleetUp has been in my trucks for about 2 years. I can track my trucks easily, keep up with IFTA easily and have peace of mind as the platform is easy for the drivers to use.

Positive: Ease of use.
Easy install.
Does exactly what I need.
Great for IFTA.
Great for Tracking.
Easily concealable.

Negative: Honestly, we have found no negatives.

Summary: The overall experience is great. It was simple to install the devices and it is very easy to log in and monitor the vehicles.

Positive: Some of the pros for this fleet service is that we can track where our vehicles are at all times, monitor their speed, check to see if the vehicle is idling too long. We can do all of this at our desk.

Negative: I can't think of any cons as of right now. As long as everything remains the same I am good.

Summary: Overall we are very pleased with every aspect of the service. Knowing where our vehicles are, as well as where they have been, the route they took, etc., is a huge bonus for us.

Positive: We love the fact that we can manage the location and efficiency of our crews daily, even by the minute. This is saving us on fuel, vehicle maintenance as well as prolonged down time of our personnel.

Negative: The only downside is the fact we waited so long to implement this.

Summary: Overall this GPS system is the best that I've ever used. I give it 5 stars up and also the cost is very minimum thank you.

Positive: I like the fact that it's real time GPS, With accurate color and description from the satellite. Also it tells you where every stop and every minute of the time that your fleet is in motion.

Negative: I really don't have any disagree with this, Accept that put me in your OBD reader. It flashes lights and it cannot gives away the hidden aspect of the g p s because of the device on the device.

Summary: We have loved having this tracking system. It now keeps our employees more honest in both their driving, and the use of their time.

Positive: This product has helped us keep track of our fleet, and what our employees are doing with their vehicles. We love that we have real time updates as needed, and that we can geo-fence alerts when we know someone is mis-using the vehicle. We caught an employee going to a marijuana dispensary on company time.....a big no-no in their contract.

Negative: There is nothing that I can say is a "con" about this system.

Summary: Great experience with FleetUp, I love working with them.
The price is right, easy to correct a problem.
24/7 someone will answer the phone.

Positive: I can always call get help.
Everyone is always able to solve the problem.
I would highly recommend FleetUp to everyone.

Summary: Huge fan of the FleetUp GPS trackers, the company overall, the support we received at start-up and throughout the project cycle. You've got a big thumbs up from me and my team.

Positive: We were using FleetUp at Landstar to track mission critical shipments going into Data Center construction. There were highly time sensitive, and the FleetUp GPS trackers gave us visibility to the positioning, gave us a good understanding of ETA to job site, and also gave us visibility to the drivers returning to origin for their next pick-up.

Negative: We really didn't have any cons except when potentially changing out one drive for another on a project, and having to redeploy the GPS units. We used prepaid FexEx packets, and it went relatively smoothy.

Summary: Our company is very satisfied with the service.

Positive: The devices are very handy because it with us updates on all company vehicles.

Negative: There's nothing we as a company dislike about the service.

Summary: Great cameras, easy to use. My drivers loves it. The only thing one of them doesn't like is that they can't jam out in the truck because they think someone is watching them.

Positive: Live view and track the trucks with no problem. It keeps up with the speed and it make keeping up with the mileage very easy.

Negative: Nothing. had no problem with the device so far everything is working fine.

Summary: Our overall experience has been great. The resource staff and the program have been great to work with. They even granted us an exception to pause since we are a seasonal employer.

Positive: FleetUp is user friendly product. We ordered 4 units to have installed in our vehicles. They were simple to install. Once I received training, it was easy to customize the units for our use by renaming them to correspond to the vehicle. I use the software on my desktop and also the mobile app. I am sure we are only using the basics and know there are detailed reports available. However, for scheduling purposes and tracking where our vehicles are, the software works great!

Negative: There is not much of anything I don't care for with this product.
