Summary: Overall, I like the product. Its ease of install and user friendly interface mean anybody can use it.

Positive: Easy to install. The web browser interface is easy to use, alerts are easy to set up and monitor. The mapping is accurate and the 10 second updates are good. The ability to share trip maps with non users is a plus.

Negative: The mobile app is a little clunky and the things you can do on it are limited. Some extra flexibility would be nice.

Summary: I am glad that we went with FleetUp over the other solutions we looked at. They are giving the same services for a fraction of the cost.

Positive: The software was very intuitive and the hardware install went quickly even across multiple vehicle types. I would recommend this to anyone looking to track fleet vehicles.

Negative: I have not found any cons yet with either the software or the hardware.

Summary: Love the units we have and will definitely be adding more to our small business. They work as advertised.

Positive: We purchased these units for our small time business to keep up with drivers and truck idling. We set up the parameters that we wanted that best works for us and these units work as they should. We’ve had no issues and plan to add a couple more in the near future.

Negative: Nothing comes to my mind other than my kids get caught up doing things they aren’t supposed to. My son used my truck to go to work one evening and skipped out on work and went to a friend’s house. The unit sent me a notification that the truck had been idling for an hour. When I looked up the location, I found my truck sitting at a friends house not at work. I sent him a message to tell him to cut the truck off he lied and said he was at work. Big mistake! Sent him his location and made him come home. That’s the only con is I found out my kid lies about where he goes.

Summary: I have used several other electronic logging devices, including AOBRDs and other ELD providers; FleetUp by far is the most user-friendly. The customer service representative assigned to my account is friendly, knowledgeable, quick to correct issues, and offer assistance. Through the ELD GPS and Camera AI systems, we have recovered stolen vehicles, including one while in transit - the video assisted in prosecution. Our SMS scores have dropped dramatically, and drivers are safer and more compliant with regulatory requirements. We can share vehicle location and route, including ETA, with 3rd party customers or with law enforcement as needed. We have reduced our idle time fuel waste and improved our preventative maintenance efforts with ECU codes alerts. The GEO Fence option allows proactive management of drivers, arrival/departure times, and unauthorized movements of vehicles. I'm very pleased with the results!

Positive: Most user-friendly ELD application. Excellent customer service. Innovative and adaptive engineering team. Drivers easily transition into logbook app. Logbook app includes driver alerts and warnings to assist with compliance, including pre-violation alerts. Driver coaching is simple and effective. DVIRs are simple and allow drivers to include photos to assist maintenance technicians. IFTA, Fleet management data, and reports are easy and accurate. Camera AI alerts drivers and management of dangerous or potentially concerning actions that improve driver safety.

Negative: Some minor accident events were missed by the Camera's AI, while doors being slammed will set off collision alert at times. Some devices did not work and needed to be replaced (part of Quality Assurance in manufacturing).

Summary: Very easy to use and good for peace of mind. I have expensive equipment that we don't transport home during a job and it's good know it's still where we left it. I can even see it moving on a trailer.

Positive: The app is easy to use, and their customer service is very helpful and responsive. I know where my equipment and vehicles are at all times.

Negative: I've had a couple devices that had issues and had to return them, but they were replaced easily.

Summary: Overall, the staff has been very helpful and informative. Once the hardware was installed, we have had no issues. The product has done everything we needed it to do for us.

Positive: I like the ease of use on the platform. It was easy to find a local mechanic to install all hardware. Information on the tracking software is easy to understand an adapt to our needs. This product supplies more tools than we need for our small fleet (of 8), but we are already finding more tools on the software useful.

Negative: Only complaint is that the hardware is listed as "self install," but it requires a certain amount of wiring knowledge my staff and I did not possess. Also, we have 4 brands of vehicles and each one is different.

Summary: Super, easy to use a must have for any size fleet. highly recommend purchasing and installing. Software easy to use and fully customizable.

Positive: Easy to use and configure, system gives real time locations, speed and direction. easy to install. Fast shipping once ordered and fully expandable, can't beat the pricing and the monthly rates. My entire fleet is on this system.
Any issues, customer support or tech support is Johnny on the spot.

Negative: I don't see any yet, still trying to figure out to get the engine code, odometer and engine hours from some of these units.

Summary: I have been with FleetUp for many years and we are highly satisfied, We have looked at other systems and nothing is as easy as this one.

Positive: When ever there is a problem they are on it ASAP. It is resolved in a few hours. We were one of their first customers.

Negative: NONE, Nothing left to say!

Summary: This product i would recommend for smaller type fleets. Larger fleet would need them for training videos and such. our training is done in house. Again, now days if you can keep your drivers happy then your problems are reduced 10 fold.

Positive: The product is easy to use on each end. The hook up is very easy for product to move from one truck to another. The final and most important is the drivers like it. If you can keep them from complaining then you really are doing something!!!!

Negative: You could be more responsive in trouble shooting. Fix the problem. Sending a new unit to the customer is the easy way out.

Summary: Driving 22 years and have been on paperless for well over half of that time, this is the only ELD I have used and it works fairly decent without major complications.

Positive: You can connect to your ECM with your phone.

The customer service team is extremely helpful at resolving problems.

The app works well as long as you have good service.

Negative: It puts you on duty on the weekend when you are off duty.
Sometimes when you are on the drive line and you stop somewhere to go on duty or off duty it continues to switch back to drive.
When you do an update it messes with the address and trailer number.
Does not work with Motorola.

Summary: My overall experience from using FleetUp is that I think is a great app to use to get you to your correct destination in a safe and timely manner. Overall I love the app just few kinks to work out.

Positive: The things that I liked most about FleetUp was the ease of using the app as well as opening up the app. FleetUp is direct and fast.

Negative: Cons that I found on FleetUp is sometimes the app will put you on a route that’s only good for cars to follow. Only at sometimes and seems to only happen upstate.

Summary: Everything was find until i was trying to down size my units. Instead of holding the sales person accountable i had to eat the cost.

Positive: Has a company that deals with owner operators who come and go unexpectedly i was sold on the no contract option.

Negative: I didn’t like being lied to. Lead to believe i was on a no contract.

Summary: It's OK, overall it services its purpose. The saving grace is the customer service. I like that people regularly reach out and ask us if we need help and are willing to work with us unlike larger providers.

Positive: I like knowing where our guys are and being able to pull video if needed or if there was an accident.

Negative: Doesn't openly display incidents on the screen such as where someone was idling or was speeding without watching a video and replaying a segment.
