    Buyer Beware - Does not support small business

    Summary: We purchased Fishbowl in 2018. We were originally very excited about purchasing this software and to put it to use. The first issues came up when we took a little while to start and set it up. They pitched additional costs for continued support when we got around to setting it up. We never got it set up, nor used it. We are a struggling small business, and when we called to ask for a refund or credit for the future when we were back on our feet, they declined in anyway. A great example of a large company profiting, with a small company receiving no value. Be very careful and read the fine print, as they do not support small businesses.

    Positive: There is nothing I like about Fishbowl. They are for large companies only.

    Negative: Terrible customer service.
