EZNotes Chiropractic Documentation and Billing software was developed by Russell Manktelow, D.C., a chiropractor who was actively practicing as an independent contractor in the office of Michael Silbert, D.C. They recognized a need to simplify their workflows and minimize the time they dedicated to paperwork. Frustrated by outdated and costly documentation tools that did not meet their needs, they embarked on a quest for a more efficient computerized documentation system. After reviewing numerous available solutions, they found that none sufficiently addressed their criteria and were often unnecessarily complex. As a result, Russell Manktelow, D.C. took the initiative to create his own system. The culmination of extensive development and real-world testing led to the creation of EZnotes™ Classic Chiropractic Documentation Software, along with EZnotes™ Billing, which significantly improved their practice's efficiency. This innovative software fundamentally transformed the way chiropractors manage their documentation and billing processes.
