Summary: My overall experience with EBiz has been great. The service is integrated with our ERP system so our multiple locations are all tracked separately. The online portal is very easy to navigate when I need to look up or void a transaction. Any time we have an issue, the customer support team is very helpful.
Positive: Easy to use and review past charges.
Seamless integration with our ERP system.
Helpful and friendly customer support.Negative: The portal, while easy to navigate, seems fairly outdated in design.

Summary: Overall good company to process cards with total control. No hassle from the company. If there is a disputed charge, it is easy to settle and claim.
Positive: Easy to use.
Instantly processed.
No downtime.Negative: The monthly fee is on top of processing fees.

Summary: Pretty good experience. Easy to use when it is working. I just wish it didn't require so many updates.
Positive: Sage 50 integration is great, and makes the process much faster and easier.
Secure card storage.
Ease of use.
Reasonable fees.Negative: Needs regular updates that you must contact the EBiz team to perform.

Summary: If you use Century Business Solutions to provide your credit card processing, then I highly recommend using the EBizCharge app also, as it will make processing transactions convenient and easy.
Positive: I like the fact that I can process credit card transactions wherever I'm at. The app has always been accurate and I like the feature that allows me to look up history of past credit card charges.
Negative: I honestly cannot think of anything negative to say about the app.

Excellent but missing Customer Support Date: Mar 27 2023
Summary: Good overall. Better priced than the big companies. Still missing the customer service side that would be better.
Positive: Easy to use computer App. Payment received within 24 hours normally but sometimes 48 hours. Not that expensive.
Negative: Always having trouble to reach out to their customer support.

Summary: Overall it's probably better than other credit card charging companies but I definitely have some complaints.
Positive: It's easy to use and I mostly enjoy using it.
I like that it fits with Sage 50.
Not really sure what else to say about it.Negative: I hate having to have them get onto my computer every year to update it. I also hate having to log in and change my password every 90 days. So annoying! I also dislike that I never know how much the cc fee is every month until I get the statement.

Summary: Very frustrating process. I'm not sure who is at fault, but I need my issue resolved. It shouldn't be this hard.
Positive: Very quick to respond. .
Negative: I have been working for months trying to change a bank account. Still unsuccessful as of 3/25. Having trouble coordinating efforts with another vendor.

Saves money? Glitchy & won’t return calls Date: Mar 25 2023
Summary: Not a great experience. Customer service needs work on… serving customers. Product needs work on being seamless.
Positive: Think we save some money. Maybe. Or, we are are under the impression we save money, but not sure with fees and time wasted rebooting.
Negative: Product is glitchy. Crashes and freezes screen easily. Takes time to load, not seamless. No rhyme or reason why.

Have called for rate review multiple times and nobody ever calls back. Says they will have someone reach out, they never do. Worth it? Not sure. Have been using for several years and not sure.
