    Summary: I would highly recommend EBiz. It is very cost effective, easy to use and the integration with our accounting system has saved us significant processing time.

    Positive: EBiz is very easy to use and integrates with our accounting system which has been time saving on the processing side . Their customer service from sales to implementation to trouble shooting is excellent. We have also experienced significant credit card fee savings.

    Negative: This is not a con but more of a recommendation. It would be great if EBiz customer service would consistently reach out to the customers regarding available upgrades or new features.

    Summary: Overall experience is amazing, window pops up, it is already pre-populated with the address, so I only need to put in a credit card number.

    Positive: I like that eBiz integrates with QB desktop and comes up when we need to run a card. I also like the support. I only had to call in a few times and I always received a fast response.

    Negative: On a rare occasion, EBizCharge freezes and I need to shut down QuickBooks and reopen it, it is a bit of a pain, but it only happens on occasion, so not a big deal.

    Summary: Great product and does what you need it to do. It keeps up with changing landscapes and is self intuitive on how to operate.

    Positive: It makes the ease of check batch totals so simple even if I am not at my computer. The app works seamlessly with our day to day operations.

    Negative: We have two locations. Currently you can not switch locations on the app. You have to have a separate login. I hope this will change in the future.

    Better than QBO Payments

    Summary: Overall, the experience has been exceptional. Even though I am the accountant of my client and much of the work had to be done secondhand, they were willing to work well with me. It made everything a lot easier. Also, whenever I was setting up my account, Bridget Foley told me exactly what documents I would need to have in order to be prepared for the application process, as they request a LOT of info. If Bridget didn't give me a heads up, I would have been scrambling to find all of the required documents in time, and it would have taken much longer than needed.

    Positive: You pay less money on merchant fees, get a more in-depth, high-quality service. It also easily integrates with QuickBooks Online, and I'm positive it would integrate with other softwares as well. The software can be a tad complicated but there is a team of willing helpers that can aide you at every step. They are very committed to solving cases and acting as a support system for you. I'm a very picky person, but they get a 10/10 for all accounts. The entire service is very seamless. I would lastly like to give a shout out to Bridget, my main EBiz contact who has a lot of experience and is a true professional at what she does.

    Negative: Only issue that I've noticed is on the email pay, when customers are entering their payment info, there is no way to turn off the matching for the address verification, and I had some clients complain about that. However, the fault is usually with the client for not correctly entering their address and not calling their bank to confirm that the physical address tied to the credit/debit card is the same as the one they are entering onto the invoice payment. Still, it would be cool to turn off that function w/o needing to contact IT. Or maybe make it a function we can specifically request access to? I am not sure if there is some type of law prohibiting this.

    Summary: It is pretty easy to use and the only problem I have ever had any trouble out of was the compliance testing.

    Positive: Very easy to use. When a customer swipes their card, it can be viewed almost instantly on the website. The batch closes automatically every night. I get an email telling me the net balance that will be deposited into our account. The next day the total of the batch is deposited into our account. On the very few occasions that I have had a problem, and called in our rep has helped resolve this issues very quickly.

    Negative: There is a yearly compliance test that is very hard to get through. I'm sure if IT department of the system that we use could get in contact with the IT department with EBizCharge, they would get it worked out.

    Summary: Experience is overall positive, they offer a solid product that fits what we need. There are more capabilities that we have yet to take advantage of as well. There are a few glitchy things here and there but nothing catastrophic.

    Positive: Ease of use, visibility, quick controls, and seamless connection with Acumatica. Offers a lot of features that make it simple for us to take credit card payments.

    Negative: Too much exposure to double-charging customer cards if steps are performed out of order. No safeguards to prevent this from happening. Support hours are based on Pacific time, so we cannot call first thing in the morning from the East Coast.

    Summary: It works very well if you don't mind the quirky way in which it's integrated to QuickBooks. I use it daily and works for me.

    Positive: Compatibility with QuickBooks but lower rates than Intuit offers.
    Lets you correct the information in receipts and invoices even after the credit card has been charged.

    Negative: The integration with QuickBooks (at least for my old version) is a little quirky: you save the transaction (unchecking the Process Payment box) and only then the charging window appears.
    Each time you make a change, like between receipt and packaging list, the charging window appears and you have to select to cancel the charge but not delete the transaction.
