A reliable and secure electronic signature solution.

    Date: Apr 23 2023

Summary: Choosing DocuSign within my work environment has been a game-changer. It has brought many benefits to my daily tasks and business processes, making them more efficient, secure, and streamlined.

First and foremost, DocuSign's user-friendly interface has made it incredibly easy for me to create, send, and track documents for signature. Whether I am in the office or on-the-go, the mobile app allows me to sign documents quickly and conveniently. The platform's integration with many popular business apps, such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Smartsheet, and Procore, has also been a great advantage for me, as it has allowed me to access my documents and work with them seamlessly.

One of the most significant benefits of DocuSign is its wide range of features and integrations that enhance its functionality and versatility. The platform's templates, conditional logic, reminders, bulk sending, payment collection, analytics, and reporting capabilities have all helped me save time and money by eliminating the need for paper, printing, scanning, mailing, and storing documents. Additionally, automating and streamlining the workflow has reduced errors and delays, improving the overall productivity of my business.

Another significant benefit of DocuSign is its high level of security and compliance. The platform's use of encryption, authentication, audit trails, and digital certificates ensures the validity and legality of the signed documents, protecting the data and the identity of the signers. Additionally, DocuSign complies with various industry standards and regulations, which gives me peace of mind when handling sensitive information.

In terms of cost, while DocuSign's pricing plans may seem expensive at first glance, I have found that the platform's benefits more than outweigh its costs. The ability to handle my documents and agreements electronically, save time, and improve my workflow has helped me boost my productivity and improve customer satisfaction by providing a superior signing experience.

I think DocuSign is a great solution for electronic signature and document management. It has many benefits that outweigh its drawbacks, and it has helped me simplify and accelerate my business transactions and agreements. Whether you are a small business owner or part of a larger organization, I would recommend DocuSign to anyone who needs a digital signature solution for their personal or professional needs.

Positive: As an employee who frequently uses DocuSign for work, I can confidently say that this platform has revolutionized the way I handle document management and signatures. With its user-friendly interface and mobile app, DocuSign has made it incredibly easy for me to create, send, and track documents for signature, even while on the go.

One of the things I love most about DocuSign is its versatility and range of features. With its robust set of tools, I can customize and automate my document workflows to fit my business needs perfectly. The platform offers a range of options, from templates and conditional logic to reminders and bulk sending, which make my job easier and more efficient. Additionally, with its integration capabilities, DocuSign seamlessly integrates with the other popular business apps I use, such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Smartsheet, and Procore.

When it comes to the security and compliance of the documents I'm handling, I have complete peace of mind with DocuSign. The platform employs a variety of measures to protect the data and identity of the signers, including encryption, authentication, audit trails, and digital certificates. Moreover, DocuSign adheres to a variety of industry standards and regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, eIDAS, UETA, and ESIGN, which assures me that my documents are always legally valid and safe.

Using DocuSign has positively impacted the efficiency and productivity of my business processes. By eliminating the need for paper, printing, scanning, mailing, and storing documents, DocuSign saves me time and money. Furthermore, the platform's automated and streamlined workflow reduces errors and delays, allowing me to close deals faster and improve customer satisfaction. The superior signing experience provided by DocuSign adds to my customers' positive experience, which is key to my business's success.

DocuSign is a platform that has proven to be reliable, user-friendly, versatile, and secure. With its robust set of features and integrations, it has become an essential tool in my daily work routine. It has helped me save time and money while improving my business processes' efficiency and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend DocuSign to anyone looking for a digital document management and signature solution.

Negative: While DocuSign is a powerful and versatile digital document management and signature platform, there are some disadvantages that must be taken into account. One of the most significant drawbacks is its pricing structure, which can be expensive for small businesses or individuals who do not need all the features or integrations that DocuSign offers. With different pricing plans based on the number of users, envelopes, and features, it can be challenging to find the right plan for your needs. The cheapest plan, which includes one user and five envelopes, costs $10 per month, while the most expensive plan, which includes unlimited envelopes and advanced features, costs $40 per month per user. Additionally, there are extra fees for enhanced plans or API access, which can further add to the overall cost.

Another disadvantage of DocuSign is that it can be tricky or confusing to set up or use in some cases. For example, creating complex rules or routing for multiple signers or recipients can be challenging, and changing or correcting envelopes once they are sent or signed can be a cumbersome process. Moreover, some signers may not be familiar with DocuSign or may encounter technical issues when signing documents online, which can slow down the process and cause delays.

This platform can be affected by external factors that are beyond its control or responsibility. For example, if there is a network outage or a browser compatibility issue, the platform may not work properly, which can lead to missed deadlines or lost opportunities. Moreover, it may face legal disputes or challenges from other parties who do not accept or recognize electronic signatures, which can be a significant barrier to its adoption in certain industries or countries.

while DocuSign is a powerful and useful platform for digital document management and signatures, it has some drawbacks that must be taken into account. Its pricing structure can be expensive, and it can be tricky to set up or use in some cases. Additionally, external factors beyond its control or responsibility can affect its reliability and legality. Despite these limitations, DocuSign remains a top choice for many businesses and individuals looking for a secure and efficient way to handle their documents and signatures.

DocuSign allows contracts to be expedited.

    Date: Feb 07 2023

Summary: It is useful to be able to handle this platform and adapt it to my work style and industry, it has several purposes which allow it to fully integrate document editing platforms such as Google Docs or add signatures to documents from Microsoft applications such as Word which with a couple of clicks, you can sign documents digitally and directly with this platform. I also integrate DocuSign for client management through the CLM since with this I can more easily manage multiple clients at the same time without having to lose the contracts made.

Using this platform, I have not only been able to create documents such as contracts to be signed by clients, but I have also been able to create forms up to invoices which I could attach payment methods to make it easier for the client to pay their invoices through a single platform and have Flexible payment methods for any user since you can pay both with cards and with digital wallets.

For all the time I have used this platform, I have been able to stop worrying about whether a client has signed or not, and in addition to not having to wait long periods of time for the client to receive a document or invoice by post, but rather that everything simply arrives instantly and besides that I can see the status of the signatures within this platform and forward notifications if necessary for the client. DocuSign has also allowed digital signatures when I have the client face to face since this platform allows me to do so, as if it were a printed document, so I always carry my iPad when my client will sign a document in the same place where agreements are made.

Positive: * Allows you to digitally sign documents that have already been printed, resulting in that I do not have to send printed and signed documents through the mail portal, but simply scan the document and send it via email or from this same platform, which makes it more practical to carry out procedures without there being a barrier. You can also transfer the already signed documents to pdf files to be able to be printed or to be able to send it by mail to have easy access to the documents without any limitation.

    * Lately, technical assistance has become very effective, providing good business solutions and listening to its customers, before everything depended mostly on the community of this platform, however, DocuSign's staff has stepped up since before they had time to very long response and when there was direct contact there were very few solutions that could be obtained to the problems I had at that time. I hope they continue like this because from time to time there are doubts and the community is not expected to solve it, but rather that the same owners or work team in charge of support provide good assistance in case of any problem with this platform.

    * The interface is very simple and this makes it easy to use for both the user and the client. On the user side, it is simple to have a space where you can add sections and steps where the client has to sign, on the client's side, once you have read the document and agree with everything agreed, the interaction that you have is simply easy this platform since it indicates to the client according to the order that the user has placed the user where he has to make the signatures, so the client will not have problems where to leave their signatures, whether imported or made manually.

Negative: * The documents sent once signed are not subject to changes, this can be fatal in case writing errors are detected or terms are wanted to be changed later. I can understand that once signed there should be no more changes to any document to protect both the client and the company, however, both parties may have some new arrangement and the signature has to be canceled or reversed and changes applied where both the client as the company have an agreement that can have a new signature. This would avoid having to create new contracts causing confusion and also serves to correct errors that were detected after signing. It would also be good if, once the contract is undone and sent again for signing, a list with the changes made is displayed so that the client can more easily know what was changed in the document.

    * The integration of applications is not very easy to handle for the common user, since a computer or programming expert can solve this integration problem through the APIs. However, it will not be easy for users who are not experts in the field and for me in case of those types of problems you could try to connect automation platforms with DocuSign since these platforms are designed for people who want to integrate platforms without using zero programming. But I hope that in the near future DocuSign will have much easier ways to integrate 3rd party applications without having to document the API and what it can offer, but just drag and drop elements to do everything.

    * The variety of wallets allowed with this platform to be able to receive payments during the signing of a document is limited to the wallets that Stripe accepts, as a result this leaves out platforms such as Skrill, Venmo or Payoneer. Although most people use traditional payment methods such as debit or credit cards and some wallets like Apple or Google, this does not mean that there are no people who do not have other little-used wallets like the ones I mentioned above. So, DocuSign should be flexible with payment processor methods and accept more payments than current methods (with their respective regulations of course).

    Facilitates the signing of documents

    Date: Dec 20 2022

Summary: It has totally changed my real estate business by being able to have client signatures digitally without having to send the documents by postal mail but simply using email or through this platform so that clients can sign with their smartphone and thus spend less on paper, thus being able to have a good return within my company. For my work in real estate, it is important that each transaction or paperwork is legally signed, allowing the entire buying, selling or renting process to be clearer for all my clients.

The accessibility of this platform has allowed even the least tech-savvy to sign without any problem, in addition to the fact that this platform can be used on virtually any device with a touch screen, both smartphones and tablets. So both the preparation of a document for the signature and the signing is very easy both for my clients and for me, since I have to keep a clear administration of the paperwork that is carried out in my company.

With this platform, the management of signed documents has also been much easier than having a large physical filing cabinet full of documents that will not be used again for a long time. In addition, if you need a document on sheets of paper, it is enough to print it, likewise the client also has the option of downloading the documents that have or have not been signed in case they need it or are required to sign both digitally and physically.

Positive: + The facility provided by this platform is very good, allowing anyone to sign documents without having to resort to the typical pen and paper. I liked its interface that gives anyone the ability to enter, read the document and sign from their phone or import their digital signature. This has made my work much easier when I no longer have the need to send contracts by post or have to print a large number of documents, but everything can be done in the same way, but in a digital version. In addition, everything is saved, avoiding the leakage of important information since this platform gives me greater security when the client signs.

+ I can count on several signatories at the same time, thus having to wait for both parties to sign for the contract to be closed. This gives me more capacity when I have to send the same document to several parties and that they all sign the same document at any time, but at the same time that all the signatures are in one place. I have been on platforms that all documents have to be signed one at a time or only one signature can be per document sent, making the process more tedious, but with this platform it is possible to obtain multiple signatures from different people at the same time.

+ I can integrate it with almost any contract platform thus facilitating the management of documents without having to save them only on this platform or on some device. In addition, this allows me to view or keep track of the documents signed when having contracts with clients. Making this the job easier both for me, which I only have to send and wait for the signature, as well as for the client, who gives him time to read the document sent carefully and thus be able to clarify things and make the respective modifications within the contract if necessary. want.

+ You can sign documents that have already been printed previously, this has allowed me to upload the document, mark the areas where the signature should be attached and that's it, without the need to re-transcribe the entire document. This has been useful when I don't have the original document and I have to send the document to my clients to sign. The disadvantage is that if changes are required you have to transcribe everything again.

Negative: - I have problems with the notifications that are sent to customers by email and most of them fall into the spam folder. This annoyed me because on several occasions I was waiting for the client's contracts to be signed and they never received anything, after a while I called them to let them know that the notification to sign the document may have fallen into spam, so that was indeed the case. . Therefore, for some time now I have been notifying my clients by all possible means to sign the documents and thus not waste waiting time due to such mismanagement that falls on this platform by not fixing this problem.

    - I do not want you to jump directly to the signature line, I generally do not recommend anyone sign something without reading the entire document in detail, so I avoid misunderstandings and setbacks. So if they gave the opportunity to be able to select what the person to sign would see, it would be good since I can choose whether to start where to sign or start from the beginning of the entire document, clearly having a section where they can select and locate the client where to sign without the need for me to indicate it manually.

    - Reading very large documents within this platform is almost impossible, everything hangs or slows down, it is not possible that a document reader where you only have to sign has such a bad performance. This means that the people who have to sign have to download the document and use applications outside of DocuSign to be able to read the documents calmly before making any signature or authorization thereof. Having as a consequence to be switching between applications. It would be so much easier if everything could be done within the app (read and sign) with large documents.

    - It is not possible to resume a reading. I know this is not a doc reader, however it would be nice to be able to read the document at the last place you left off after pausing when dealing with long word documents, this means you don't have to remember where it was left but simply to have an option that allows marking the place where the reading was left in order to be able to read calmly and then carry out or not the indicated signature.

DocuSign helps to enhance the digital signature service in documents.

    Date: Dec 14 2022

Summary: DocuSign has been a fantastic service for the company, despite the fact that the free version did not help Carlos very much with the platform, we chose to use a paid version and we really do not regret it, the paid version has been quite positive, we have We have been able to create a large number of contracts and documents within it, in addition, we have been able to import previously created documents and we have been able to insert the digital signature fields. In addition, I have really loved the fact that you have the digital signature on this platform, they are totally secure, it has encryption security and they also have an international certification so that all digital signatures will be valid, I loved it, it was a pretty good service easy to use, the digital signature was very easy to create both in the computer version and the version for my mobile phone. In addition, this platform helped me simplify the way in which I sign contracts, I no longer have to deliver a contract or document in physical form, but I have to send it through this platform, all digital signatures are received within the platform, therefore, there does not have to be any type of physical signature. In addition, the platform has all the printing functions, so, after having a fully signed document, you can print it and customize the printing.

Positive: DocuSign has been a primary platform when it comes to making digital signatures, with the help of this platform we have obtained a facility when it comes to sending contracts and signing documents in a simple way. The first feature that I liked about this platform is that it has a monitoring and status system. This system is capable of informing me about the status of each document or contract that I have sent to the client to be signed. This system helps me a lot. Since if I have sent several documents to several clients, through the with the main one I can know the status of each one of them and know if the client has already sent the corresponding signature, if they have not done so yet I can send a reminder immediately with just push a button. Another feature that I liked about this platform is that it allows me to have extensive document creation through the platform, not only does it allow me to use pre-made documents, but it also allows me to create a document from scratch and insert the corresponding signature fields. In each document, the document editor and creator within this platform works wonderfully, it allows me to add several signature fields and it also allows me to label each of the fields so that the client knows where to sign, without a doubt It is one of the things that I liked the most since it allows me to create documents and contracts within the platform and send it immediately to each client.

Negative: One of the main drawbacks that I have found within this platform is that currently the free version is not so useful, since it has a limited number of contracts and documents that you can create within the application, as well as limits when it comes to send several contracts or documents to clients simultaneously, therefore, I recommend that this free version is not used by businesses, since it will not provide them with extensive use of all important functions. Another of the negative things is the templates that it offers for the creation of documents. Currently, there are very few templates within the platform, which causes us to have to deliver all the documents and contracts manually, there is very little variety in the list of templates available within this platform, for which I consider that it is one of the main things that have to be improved within it, in order to create documents with templates in a much easier way. The last negative thing that this platform has is that it currently does not have an interaction with social networks, so if I want to send some type of document through Social Network messaging, this is not possible. It would be excellent if all the documents and contracts created on this platform could be exported, with the signature fields previously inserted, so that we can send them to clients through other means.

It facilitates the process of digital signatures for documents.

    Date: Sep 05 2022

Summary: Without a doubt, I was able to close deals with clients from different states since I have streamlined the legal processes without even moving from my location or the client. Not only signing documents remotely is what DocuSign has been able to do for me and the company, but I have also had a good return on investment by only having an expense in the annual payment and not having an expense in printing extensive documents that in the end They will be stored in a warehouse. So it was not only a saving in cost benefit but also in space thanks to the fact that I can store everything in the cloud, as well as send respective copies to my clients by email without any problem. With this platform I have gradually increased the sales process over time, being able to simplify the entire process of signing sheets by doing everything digitally. The greatest thing is that it has not been difficult for clients to read their documents nor has it been difficult for them to digitize their signatures, in fact a large part of my clients prefer the signing process in this way to avoid cumbersome paperwork that as I said before, they will be stored in a place occupying a physical space. It was very helpful to be able to integrate it with almost any platform where you need to share the signed document, if I have had problems with Salesforce, but I have contacted the DocuSign team telling them about the problem and they have given me an answer about waiting for new updates with respect to synchronization stabilization. Speaking of the support team of this platform and I have been very well attended when I have had any inconvenience so I cannot have any complaints about that and I hope that you do not abandon your technical support to occupy yourself with improving other areas because for me it is very important to be heard when I have a technical problem. To summarize and as a recommendation, this platform will give you the security that you can automate your sales process with its simple-to-understand features and that you can also obtain copies of the document signed by both parties, both the seller of a product or service as well as the seller. client, I recommend testing well before explaining to a client how to sign because, although it is simple, there are older people who do not understand this new stage of technology.

Positive: º It is comfortable and easy to use for any type of person, it is practically a signature, but without the need for a pen and paper. For more security, it maintains a certificate of completion in case you need to resolve any dispute that arises later in any given situation, that gives me a lot of confidence as a user of this platform.

º It has an email and text message notification system, this keeps me alert when I need a document to be signed by me. The greatest thing is that not only do they send to sign through the mail, but the final document to be signed is attached, thus avoiding fraud when it comes to knowing what was signed, no blank page signatures, no indexing of documents or harmful information after signing, so everything is clearer.

º If I sent a document to be signed by a client, it could be tracked, for example, if he received the notification and the date and time that the signature was satisfactorily carried out.

º You don't need to print anything, everything can be digitally, everything is saved in your mail and on the DocuSign platform, so you can keep track of signed documents without any problem digitally and export them to other platforms that you need or want.

º I do not need the person who is going to make the signature to be in front of me, it is enough to send everything and that person make the respective signature. There is also the option of being able to sign face-to-face, just by signing on your phone through the DocuSign app. Obviously, the contract must be read before making any signature or authorization, so that could take longer for you than sending the signature request online and waiting for the other person to read it calmly before going through the process of sending everything signed.

Negative: I have only had three problems since I have used this application for digital signatures of documents, however I cannot say that it has been a great deception impact for the daily use that I give to this platform since it is of vital importance to have legally signed documents to avoid any drawback.

º There is no way to undo the document already sent, it should have that function, just like emails or most platforms currently have, since if at the time of sending you remembered something missing, you will have to tell the person not to send and perform again the sent with the missing information. It is also very helpful if it is sent by mistake without attaching the files, you have to be very careful before sending so that this type of situation does not occur in which the client is uncomfortable.

º There are synchronization problems with Salesforce, the fact is that I had to repeatedly send to DocuSign technical support to solve this problem so as not to send the signature request to the clients again. For me it would be embarrassing to bother the client by making him sign 2 or 3 times because a preform was not synchronized well.

º The confidence that DocuSign clients have is very low, in most cases they want to sign both digitally and physically on printed paper because according to this, it is not very reliable. Although the pandemic caused this platform to be used more for biosecurity measures, people still prefer paper before everything digital. It should enhance that trust by giving customers that everything is truly secure with this platform when digitally signing a document.

A reliable platform to make electronic signatures from any device or mobile phone.

    Date: Jul 05 2022

Summary: DocuSign is being used on a large scale within our sales sector but it is also being used by the corporate sector of our company, we must admit that the benefits we have had thanks to this platform have been incredible. During these two years of use, we have achieved that our clients carry out negotiations with us in a much simpler way, due to the fact that two years ago we had the problem of the pandemic within the country, this service has made it possible for our clients to carry out negotiations with us without having to leave your home, simply by doing online sessions thanks to this electronic signature system. Another of the benefits that we have achieved thanks to this platform is that we have obtained more clients, since we can process the negotiation much more quickly and allow our agents to be idle to make many more sales. I am grateful for the effectiveness that this platform has provided in allowing us to generate many more sales and deals, in our sales sector all agents are using this platform, their overall experience has been positive throughout and we are also happy with the payment plan fee we have obtained from this platform.

Positive: DocuSign has been a fairly proportional software when it comes to helping us sign contracts digitally, this platform is very well done and helps companies to simplify the way they sign anything, digital signatures are currently revolutionizing the world , and this helps companies to sign documents without having to do it physically. One of the main things I like about DocuSign, are the following:

    - DocuSign has a system of security certificates, there are approximately five security certificates within each contract that you make within this platform, these security certificates help all users to have a much broader security when sending the signatures, so that they are not altered in any way or modified by any malicious person. The security certificates within this platform are currently the best, far surpassing other alternative platforms.

    - DocuSign has a system of templates for signatures, this means that when creating a personalized signature, you can do it from the platform configuration and you can use that signature immediately for any document or contract that you need to sign. It is not necessary to sign every time you go to sign a document, by making the personalized signature in the configuration, you help when signing a contract, just select a vote and the signature will be placed automatically.

    - All contracts and documents can be drawn up from this platform, this is one of the most outstanding positive features because it is not necessary to export any type of contract to be able to sign it within DocuSign, you can do everything from the same platform. In addition, another of the negative factors of this platform is that you can send the contracts or documents instantly through the same platform, it is only enough to enter the client's email and the document will be sent instantly, from the platform you will be able to monitor if the The client has already signed the contract or if it is still waiting, the signature status of each document is updated in real time.

Negative: I must admit that we have been using this platform for approximately two years, and the results have been truly remarkable, our entire work team and our sales agent team have been able to carry out all kinds of negotiations thanks to this electronic signature system. This platform has not given us any negative characteristics, its behavior in general has been quite good and it has allowed the electronic signature to be the solution for negotiations within our entire company. Also, the DocuSign support team was attentive during our process of adapting to the general functionality, so I can't complain about the support team either, they were there at all times and resolved each of our doubts to adapt to electronic signatures. The mobile app has also worked great for both iOS and Android devices, so I have no complaints about the mobile app either.

Creating contracts has never been so easy for our work team.

    Date: Apr 25 2022

Summary: Our overall experience with DocuSign has been completely enjoyable, in all respects. DocuSign has been a software that has met all our expectations, we have been using this service for more than a year and we feel comfortable with the amount of money we pay monthly for this service. DocuSign contracts are very solid, digital signatures help our clients to carry out negotiations with us without having to go physically to our offices, in addition, these digital contracts are much safer than a physical one, they have an encryption key, regulations and many more things that make it impenetrable. I highly recommend this software for any company, it has incredible functionality to create contracts and monitor them.

Positive: In our company, the fact of making contracts, signing them, sending contracts to our clients, preparing weekly contracts and many other things is very constant. DocuSign has made an appearance during the creation, administration, delivery and monitoring of our contracts. We are a real estate company, the contracts in our company are the key to negotiations. DocuSign has delivered some really beneficial features for us, it has provided features that have helped us create smart contracts for our customers. The things I liked the most were:

    1. All the signatures that we make in our contracts created with DocuSign are protected with an encryption key, which helps ensure that this contract is not modified in any way, in addition, the signatures placed cannot be edited thanks to this encryption. This encryption feature adds additional security to our contracts and helps maintain the integrity of our contracts.

    2. All the contracts we make with DocuSign are backed and certified by several regulatory entities, which has allowed us to send totally reliable contracts to our clients, with these backed contracts we can gain the trust of the client and offer them security when negotiating with us.

    3. Creating contracts in DocuSign is totally simple and the creation can be done from the computer or from the application for mobile phones. In the same way it can be created and later sent to the client, the service works in a similar way on several devices.

    4. I love being able to see the status of a contract in DocuSign. It is not the same to send a physical contract to a client and not know if the client has signed it and is ready for negotiation, than to use a DocuSign contract and be informed at the exact time that the client has signed the contract, or monitor if the customer has not signed it yet so you can send him a reminder. These functions are very beneficial for us.

Negative: DocuSign has been present in our company since we started it, since it was necessary to be able to carry out more secure and more comprehensive negotiations. DocuSign has behaved very well in all aspects, it has been a very functional software in all its features and has provided a system that allows us to create signatures, send contracts to our clients, monitor the status of the contract and much more, it is indescribable the great amount of benefits that we have obtained with DocuSign and we have never presented any problem during the creation, administration and delivery of our contracts. I really admire how DocuSign has behaved, with no crashes, monitoring errors, or any other issues.

Feature packed yet easy to use E-Signing platform

    Date: Mar 17 2022

Summary: Easy to use, feature packed, and great support options. Would highly appreciate a dedicated accounts manager who can take you through the platform to ensure that you get the most use out of DocuSign's plethora of features.

Positive: Like how straight forward it is to use in setting up documents for digital signing while being feature packed with additional settings for our organisation, such as 2 factor authentication and myriad integrations with other platforms (e.g. LawVu). DocuSign's support team is also very good, and I particularly like the option of receiving calls from their team to talk though the problems as opposed to being limited to email.

Negative: Not necessarily a con, but because the platform has so many features and settings, it can be quite overwhelming at first to unpack everything. Would appreciate a dedicate accounts representative from DocuSign who can take us through all the features in a personalised way to ensure that our organisation makes the best use of DocuSign to address our organisations problems and needs.

Digital signatures, the future of documents and contracts.

    Date: Feb 18 2022

Summary: During the first week of using DocuSign, we managed to adapt to the functionalities and we managed to understand what the digital signature process was like, for us, this was a totally new world. DocuSign is being used mainly in our Sales sector in order to make sales contracts in just a few seconds and get a customer signature without the need for as much physical paperwork. Digital signatures are the future, we are very happy to be able to close our negotiations in our real estate company with DocuSign, we can make documents in a matter of seconds and receive signatures from our clients without any setback. All these documents are kept safe within the DocuSign cloud, so it's easy to search for an old digital signature document. It has been a very easy platform to use, it has never been difficult for us to use any of its functions.

Positive: DocuSign is a fairly simple method of bringing digital signatures to any business and making physical contracts obsolete. In our company, we use DocuSign as the primary method for digital signatures, due to its high long-term effectiveness. One of the things I liked the most was:

    - DocuSign has a large number of certifications that make the contract or document sent to a recipient fully validated, it has security certifications and data encryption so that no document data is extracted or stolen.

    - DocuSign offers a fairly organized panel where we can review the status of the document or contract that we have sent to the recipient. This panel is quite organized, by dates and times of sending, in order to have greater control. DocuSign offers us a status in real time on the documents sent, we can know exactly when a document has been electronically signed.

    - Our clients can make the signatures from their mobile phone or tablet. DocuSign has a very bold App where customers can do the electronic signature just by using their mobile device, something that helps us a lot to get the signatures as soon as possible.

    - It has an excellent system of reminders or alerts that allows the client to always be informed that they have a contract or document pending to be signed.

Negative: We have had a few minor complications during our experience with DocuSign but they were not negative factors that impacted us, we continue with our strong opinion that DocuSign is an excellent option when looking for some software to achieve a successful electronic signature, these negative factors were:

    - DocuSign does not have an integration with any cloud storage system. At our company, we use Dropbox as our primary file manager, and we haven't been able to integrate with DocuSign as the feature doesn't exist yet. I would like to be able to integrate both platforms, this would allow me to export the documents instantly, extract the documents from the DocuSign cloud and save them in my Dropbox backup. Currently I do this saving process manually, I hope you can implement this new feature as soon as possible.

    - DocuSign's free trial is not as effective, it does not allow as many documents to be sent to be signed, it only allows to send 3 documents per month for free, this greatly limits the fact that the user can test the digital signature functions at medium term.

    Absolutely Fantastic

    Date: Jan 25 2022

Summary: Absolutely love DocuSign and how easy it is to use. You don't even need an account to be able to sign things (on a candidates end).

Positive: The ease of integration into our system and how much easier this made our lives. Instead of people printing, signing and scanning our docs. They just signed them right then and there and send it back. This, on my end, makes it easier to copy their information over into other portals since it is a PDF.

Negative: I found very little I don't like about it. Everything is just so simple now.

    DocuSign Easy and Trusted

    Date: Sep 06 2021

Summary: My overall experience is very positive. I have used it and I like it and I have had no issues with is. The people who I work with are also very happy with it. It has made conducting business much easier in this day and time.

Positive: DocuSign is easy to use and is very user friendly. It would seem that it is the industry standard when it comes to signing documents online. I have not encountered any problems when using DocuSign. It would appear that they have been in business long enough to have worked out all the kinks and that they are up to date as things change all around us. DocuSign has made conducting business much easier in this time of pandemic. I honestly do not know how we would be able to do what we do without it in the day and time.

Negative: There is nothing I really do not like. The experience I have had is that it works flawlessly and is very user friendly.

    Best there is

    Date: Aug 31 2021

Summary: Best platform for obtaining a signature because of the ease of use and brand recognition. I’ve never have a client say they haven’t heard of DocuSign.

Positive: Great platform for obtaining signatures and approvals. Very easy to use both on the mobile app and full website.

Negative: Review notifications are good, but I’d like to know how long the documents were reviewed and if they were signed, what the reason was for not signing.
