We evaluated Microsoft’s native signature capabilities and other vendors like Exclaimer, but CodeTwo provided the best combination of ease of use, performance, and support. It’s an essential tool in our Microsoft 365 environment and has reduced both administrative effort and end-user errors significantly.

Positive: Before CodeTwo, we managed email signatures using custom PowerShell scripts and local Outlook configurations, which was both time-consuming and error-prone. CodeTwo Email Signatures 365 completely eliminated that overhead by giving us centralized control through a web interface. The Microsoft 365 integration is seamless, and Azure AD sync ensures all user data (like phone numbers or job titles) is always up to date. Negative: You cannot directly select whether you do not want to have a signature on a particular client, but I have regulated this with a rule in the Exchange Connector.

Summary: We are very Happy with CodeTwo. The goal we wanted to achieve was for the whole company to present itself in a unified manner. We have succeeded in doing so.

Positive: Easy to Setup and integrate into an MS365 Tenant. We use the Hybrid Configuration and the Wizard creates everything correctly.
Signatures are easy to create and the Placeholders are a powerful tool.

Negative: If you have users with multiple accounts, shared mailboxes, and multiple signatures at once, setting up can be challenging, but it's possible.

Summary: CodeTwo is a very good signature software. We have been successfully operating several customers with CodeTwo Exchange Rules Pro for years and are gradually migrating them to Signatures 365. We have opened many support tickets in all this time and have always been able to speak of professional support that works in a solution-oriented manner.
The connection to M365 is very simple and intuitive to use.
Handling HTML formatted texts and other properties can be a bit tricky in Signatures 365.
However, we will continue to rely on CodeTwo here in the future.

Negative: Payment isn’t that straightforward — we ran into an issue with credit card support on the site. But the support team is great and responds quickly, so it’s not a big deal.

Summary: The overall experience is very good. the employee from the marketing department is also very happy with this tool. Disclaimers can be easily changed and added. I think the price-performance ratio is very good. They have a very good and fast support.

Positive: the initial configuration was really easy and since then there were no problems. It is very simple to use for the user. the adaption and changing of an signature template is very easy.

Negative: the sync of a new AD-Group needs some time, but if the structure you need is once set up the little issue becomes irrelevant

Positive: Super product and does exactly what it promises. In the rare event of problems, the support team is very quick and comprehensive.

Negative: There really is nothing wrong with it. If you know how mails and HTML work, it's a great tool!

Summary: I really enjoy using the software for our customers. Once set up, the service works extremely reliably. If intervention is necessary (e.g. expired keys for attribute synchronization), a notification is sent by email including an explanation of how to resolve the problem. The software can be recommended without reservation.

Positive: I like the simplicity of the software as a whole. Both the setup of the basic setup with Microsoft365 and the creation and management of the signatures themselves are guided by a wizard. The manufacturer's website provides all the information you need, including a detailed explanation of the various functions. The support is also outstanding and responds promptly.

Negative: So far, the software has also worked without any problems in larger environments. The service is very reliable and so far there have been no failures.

Summary: The option to increase licences is also simple and we certainly haven't used all of CodeTwo's options yet.
